Possibly the worst waffle house I have ever been to and I've to waffle houses all around the country. The waiter was more worried about his text messages than his customers. The cook obviously needs better training. The lack of knowledge about what goes into their omelets is ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend this location. If I could leave less than a star I would.
walked in saw how NASTY the place was and walked straight out. There was 3 available tables that were disgusting. apparently they didn't want to clean them because they wanted us to sit on the bar. Will NEVER go back. If you like your restaurants nasty and servers rude and incompetent you gotta try this place!!!!
So I respect establishments who advertise being short staffed but has the positive attitude to be at work. When two family's walk in and not even get acknowledged they are standing waiting to be seated was the first clue the experience was not going to be good. All the staff looked unhappy and none of the staff even considered telling us if there would be a wait for a table. Two family's ended up leaving because of this.
This was the worst waffle house ever. Don't believe the ratings. I ordered an All Star and received has brown & petite sausage. The cook stayed in the back the young man was taking orders, cleaning tables, and cashing people out.
Rude Rude. Lady Told us we couldn't sit and wait in a chair for a clean table. Nothing but Rude service.No hello or apologies. Every table dirty. And every other table closed off. Me my son and another couple got up and left. Fast and quick and also very dirty. We came at 11 pm and this place was filthy with dirty dishes on the tables. Other empty tables were not wiped. Yikes. Foods were just ok if you don’t mind the germs.

Only two people working. The waitress was trying but the cook was not helpful. Hair in my food. One other person didn’t even get his food. Shut the door if no one is willing to come into work. Worst experience ever at this Waffle House.
Service was ok. Hashbrowns were good but my waffle wasn't good at all.
This is my Waffle House, the one closest to me. No matter where I've lived, Waffle House is always a constant. This restaurant in Bailey Cove features: friendly wait staff, excellently prepared food, and clean, bright facility. Five star
