It isn't often I think to write a review, but this Waffle House is great. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. I appreciate all the staff's work here, but I want to specifically commend Marcy. She is very fast, always on top of everything, and very friendly. If she were even half as good a waitress as she is, I'd still be happy. Having worked retail for 6 years, I know it can be exhausting to keep up this level of service, so I really hope her manager appropriately recognizes what they've got here. God bless this Waffle House team.
Terrible experience. All the cooks and servers took a break simultaneously and refused to do their jobs and serve the customers instead they turned us all away.
Absolute worst experience of my life at any waffle house. Went in, a table of 12-13 was leaving. Instead of taking my quick order, the waitress decided to take group pictures of the 20 somethings that apparently had never even been out before. Then, stood there as she checked them out one by one, still, only person behind the counter. Now, any other time I've EVER been to a waffle house any where, there's always at least three. I guess the other employees must have been out back smoking gonja, because I stood there easily 8 minutes, and nothing. This particular location at University Drive in Huntsville should close the doors because they are completely incapable of keeping up any type of any other waffle house I've ever been to, and I wl never return!
Decent. Sometimes they’re closed early or out of some items.
Although there was only two people working, the service was outstanding!!!!
The lady told me they were closed because they didn't have a server. But as I was sitting in my car looking for other places to go. A guy drove up and she let him in the restaurant and cooked him food. Very unprofessional. I will never stop by there again.
Shelby knows how to throw something together for you. Ask for her by name. Good grub after a good show. Arguably the best hash brown chefs in the area. Really accommodating for whatever you want to mix in. Once again, ask for Shelby, by name. All employees were very helpful, especially Shelby. Ordered Waffle, Country Ham and Eggs over easy. Would have been fine if it arrived at the same time. By the time the ham showed up the rest of the meal had gone cold.
Only waffle house open after 9 in the area.
They have the best food in town especially breakfast ?
