This place has really gone down hill. They’re smoothies are subpar recently and not worth the cost. I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie today and instead of bananas, they put pineapple. It was absolutely disgusting and I threw it away. Sadly I had already left the store and driven home before I tried it. Luckily for the store I’m not allergic to pineapple or I would sue them for it. I don’t like pineapple and I didn’t want pineapple in my smoothie. Very disappointing and I’ll make my own smoothies from now own if these are the kinds of smoothies I’ll be receiving.
This location does not know how to prioritize their customers that are on site versus online orders. If there are so many online orders that the customers in the drive thru must wait 30 minutes then either online orders should be eliminated or drive thru should be eliminated.

This place has great food and smoothies, but they get so busy (and staffing is an issue here and everywhere) that I've left twice with incomplete orders having run out of time to wait. Go when it's not busy and you'll be fine.
This was my second time visiting this location. The first time was bad, but I decided to give it a second chance. Today was no different. Rude staff and terrible food. I waited 25 minutes for a wrap and side of corn to get floppy shrimp on my wrap. It was disgusting. I do not know if it was undercooked or old, but I’ll never be back. The parking situation is a whole other mess. Don’t go. Just don’t go.
Smoothies are great! Location is clean. Despite the drive-thru being down it's still a great place to polish off the that fruit/protein/sweet tooth! The wraps are good too!
Do not waste your time. I paid and then waited almost 20 minutes after I paid before they even made my drink. There was literally no one inside that they were helping. But of course the excuse we are short staff.
Your reviews are so consistently bad, that I won’t even take my time or my money or get frustrated with trying you out being new to the area. How are you getting a four rating, I will never know based on what I’ve read this far. And it seems that CORPORATE is not checking on these ratings because they seem to be consistent with the bad ratings for the same things! I had to give you a one star I guess just to be able to post this but it would’ve not been a star at all.
Consistently terrible service. 3 people in line in front of me in the drive thru, waited 30 minutes. Due to the layout of the lot, you’re stuck once you’re in line. Just save yourself a trip.
I’ve never had an issue with this tropical smoothie. It’s right by my work and I go all the time but today I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and there was a gnat or something in my wrap. I saw it and picked it out. Definitely very disgusted…
