Staff was friendly. Both bathrooms were not very clean. Bone in wings seemed microwaved. Fried pickles were good; had dill seasoning in the breading. So much wing sauce on bone in wings that some of my fries were soggy from sauce. Not likely to return.
Catfish is wonderful. I've been waiting a long time for a restaurant to open in South Huntsville that serves good fish. Touchdown succeeded!
This is my favorite wing place, hands down. Their Boneless wings are huge, and I love the Cajun ranch. Their fries are very good even though they don't have salt on them. Their kids meals have really good portions, my son can eat on it for two days.
Food is always amazing but they’ve been out of Sobe water for weeks and that bums me out because I don’t drink sodas. The ladies taking orders are always super friendly so I always forgive them for being out of my favorite drink.
Alright wings. Their fish is better IMO. The price jump was a surprise. Food/service is not worth their price tag. 3/5 of our orders always got messed up. They were good about fixing it but it was just a hassle. Theirs definitely better places in Huntsville but it’s not the worst.
Wings where small and place is over priced and has a weird smell in the building and then tables where all sticky and needed cleaning fries to crispy overall experience would give -1 star and for this price to be as high as they are you would think the chicken would be bigger and better than what they are actually serving prices changed on menu in black sharpie they only got 1 star because I had to select it. (Huntsville Alabama location )
Ordered large chili cheese fries and made it all the way home and it was just a large order of fries. Called the next day to let them know and all the girl said was oh OK. Did not offer to come get another order or refund just hung up.
I give them a three-star because at least the meat taste good I would give them less stars because you actually have to ask them to make the wings with saucy on them, if I ask him to make the wings saucy then they are good but if I forget they put like nothing on them except for whatever they were cooked in I guess. I want my crazy wings dripping with sauce or at least saucy. Although IF YOU REMEMBER to ask... You get sause..... What do you guys do dry each wing with a paper towel. I've been getting wings from them since they opened. Zaxyb is terrible but at least they put sauce on stuff. I would post a picture but it's not giving me an option right now.
Beware! They changed their prices in store but if you order over the phone they don't mention the price. 50 wings online menu shows $32.99 when I got to the store $47.99. A 45% increase!! I mentioned the difference and they just said "well do you want the wings?" Surprisingly a manager wasn't available to talk. I mean a couple dollars change then whatever but 45% is egregious.Dishonest practice and the wings weren't worth $1 each. They weren't bad but they weren't good either. I'll go elsewhere next time.
This is one of the few wing places left in Huntsville and by far the best. Never had a bad experience and last night was no different. Our food made it to the table the same time we did and it was fresh and hot. Can't y till next time.
