Food was perfect. Both steaks were cooked to requested temperature. Appropriately seasoned, not requiring any steak sauce as a steak should be. Chris was amazing! She was managing the whole dining area efficiently and effectively! Her service goes above and beyond what you typically experience in restaurants.
Prompt seating. The atmosphere was great. Chris provided great suggestions and made sure everything was great for us. The food was prepared and presented exceptionally well. Great hospitality! Desert was also amazing.

Honestly, I wouldnât actually know. When we got to the restaurant they told us they didnât honor open table reservations (despite me showing the reservation to them) and that we just needed to get in line and wait.

We were the earliest reservation for Easter Brunch. There were no serving utensils with the food. The bread was stale. Food ok, but not great. Instant tea was use. Expensive for quality and selection.
We came on Valentine’s Day. The service wasn’t very good. We didn’t get offered any beverage alcohol or no alcohol. Our food had zero taste. Even adding salt and pepper it wasn’t very good. When they brought our rolls to us they told us we could get more at the bar. Being we spent $60 a plate we shouldn’t have to get our own bread from the bar. We had lobster and didn’t get any butter with it. The cheese cake had zero flavor. It was our first time coming to chop and it will unfortunately be our last.
I saw too many people send their orders back. The host and manager where great about taking care of people with issues. I had to send my lamb back twice. But they were very nice about trying to accommodate me and others. I just felt like the Chef may have been over worked. Because there were too many send-backs in the short time we were there.
Even with reservations we had to wait 25 minutes after the reservation time to be seated. People that sat down 10 minutes after we did got drinks and appetizers before we got to order drinks. The beer I ordered never showed up. The coke my wife ordered didn't show up until desert time. We ordered the surf and turf. The steaks were ordered medium and arrived raw. They were "recooked" to which mine came out medium-well and my wife's was still raw. The lobster was also undercooked. The greenbeans were bland. The service was extremely slow even though it looked like our waitress only had a couple tables. I will not eat here again and would strongly pursuede anyone from planning to come here.
