Very busy (Thursday dinner) but still was able to find space at the bar and walkins were sat quickly. Service was quick and food was out timely. Everything was tasty and the experience was as it should be.

I ordered the 9 oz fillet medallions medium on a bed of rice with mushroom sauce. What I got was an undercooked 6 oz fillet & a 3 oz medallion. My mind was absolutely blown by the poor service from the manager, it had been an extremely long dining experience, we were exhausted & frustrated.

We dined as a family at the restaurant tonight and our sons salmon was undercooked. The manager never came to the table and approached our son when he went to the bathroom and offered to take half off the meal since he ate half the food (which he didn’t because the fish was raw he ate the mashed potatoes) When I asked to see her because she never came to the table and my husband was paying for the food. She came over angry and actually argued that half cooked salmon is normal and she would toss it back on the grill. The same fish that had at that point been sitting on the table for two hours and insisted the hot grill will kill the germs. She was incredibly rude and I had to insist she take it off the bill. One that that has to be a health code violation to put raw food from a customer’s plate on a grill with other dining tables food that was seafood. And two she never even bothered to talk to us and insisted our son agreed to the arrangement. He thought she was cooking him a half portion of new fish. But either way it was completely unprofessional to not come talk to me and my husband and charge us half price for an inedible meal. Then she tried to blame it on the server who was probably the nicest waitress we have ever had and had nothing to do with the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the level of training a manager receives to feel this is an appropriate way to handle a customer complaint. And I do not accept that being yelled at by a manager insisting she is correct and I don’t understand proper cooking procedures. I’m the customer and I expect food to be properly cooked or remade not tossed back on the grill after hours of waiting for something they weren’t even doing. I will never recommend this location to anyone else ever!

Flies everywhere. Flies outside, in the bathrooms, at your table, and everywhere in between. Longer wait time with half the restaurant seating open. You could tell the staff was not happy to be there. It’s ironic since the back of their shirts say “I love my job.” This place wasn’t all that clean. I really like Texas Roadhouse, even with it being a chain, but I don’t think I’ll be back to this particular location.

my waiter was great and I will return and recommend I'm from Ohio

We stopped by on Saturday night. Even though they were really busy we got a table for four in about thirty minutes. I had pork chops and they were very good. Seasoned right and cooked perfectly. Service was good and timely. The others had steak all ended up happy. We had a problem with one of the steaks. Honestly just a bad cut of meat. Was no problem server came back quickly with a new steak and potato that was perfect. Things happen sometimes. The best part is they recognized the issue and addressed it. I would definitely go back.

I would like to give a special thank you to Hunter, a waiter who has frequently waited on me and my husband when we've been to Texas Roadhouse. He always takes the best care of us, making sure our drinks are never empty and always accommodates our requests for extra ranch dressing ? Even when we are not seated in his section, he takes time to come over and spend a few minutes catching up. Tonight, I told Hunter that I had shoulder surgery three weeks ago, and he relayed that info to our waiter, Michael, who went above and beyond to make things a little easier for me and my husband. Hunter is a wonderful example of service with heart. Thank you again to Hunter and Michael for their wonderful service tonight!

I'm giving my experience with Texas Roadhouse 3 stars. Last evening was the first time since the Pandemic started that we'd gone back to this restaurant, and I was very disappointed. Usually, they have the best Steaks and Burgers in Madison (AL), but unfortunately that is not the case any longer. Both the steak and burger were way overcooked, the fries tasted as if they'd not changed the oil in weeks (swore I tasted fish), and they forgot to give us two Caesar salads that came with the meal. The food was overpriced, and in this day and age, I understand the inflation....but at least get the food cooked fresh and properly. I was in the lady’s room and met a woman holding one of the stall doors for her son. I heard her son state: "mommy, why did you give me food that hurts my belly". I will not be going back to Texas Roadhouse in Madison, AL for a few more years...maybe when they are not understaffed and rushing around the experience will be better. Sad!

Gotta love Texas Roadhouse. This is my go to for steak. This time my father and I had the Veterans coupon that I get every year form Texas Roadhouse. Got the 6oz sirloin meal with baked potato and salad and sweet tea. First sweet tea is great and sweet. The sirloin was tender melt in your mouth great. Dad's sirloin was good too. I get this served medium rare and it was perfectly grilled. Potato was perfect. Salad was great. Service was great. Can't complain about anything. Rolls! Rolls! Rolls! What can I say...soft, hot, wonderful. Wife got a New York strip which was perfect. I ate her leftovers the next day.
