The young African American kid taking the orders gets an a+ for outstanding friendly communication and willingness and dedication to satisfy the customers needs
Tenders is a bit of a Huntsville institution, and a favorite lunch location for the corporate crowd in nearby Research Park. Service is always fast, and the staff are great. The food is definitely a step in quality above other fast chicken options in the area, and the amount and quality you receive for your money is a great deal.

Never been to Tenders so I tried the one on Wynn Dr. I got the four tender meal with fries and slaw. I got it to go so when I got back to the office, I counted six very small tenders, almost like small chicken pieces. Fries were good but the slaw was warm and tasteless. Not a very good value and the tender sauce was very watery but the buffalo sauce was extra so I did not get it, mistake. I gave them a 3 star but could have gave them 2.
Classic and nostalgic restaurant in Huntsville. I’ve been here many times with family and will always go back also probably some of the best Texas toast you can buy
For starters, my 5 piece wings and 2 tender combo was $13,21 added a drink for $15.89. Got my meal short a wing and added a piece of tender as the tenders are on actual tender cut in pieces. (see photo) Not just that, my wings were not fresh and just had some sauce poured on them. Very disappointed. Have not been there in so e time and will not return. I should have put a whole bag next to the tender to depict the size, but they were very small. Before one tender was as long as that napkin. These were obviously cut into these pieces. Did not finish my meal as it was not tasteful. Also not at all a value.
Went through drive through, and the customer service, at least the night shift, has gone downhill. Talked like he didn't care and was very blunt which came off as rude.
Food is good. Service is going downhill fast! Particularly the later kids at the drive through. No personality or care at all for the job they are doing. Can’t finish ordering without a “is that all?” Order is usually incorrect in some way. Makes you realize why this generation has the reputation it has. Customer service is no longer existent in the world we currently live in. It’s sad that this has become the new normal.
food was undercooked, asked for a remake and it was still undercooked. the workers were nice at first at but when I asked for a remake I got attitude. not going back!
This Restaurant's food is and has been Amazing I love Eating here all the time. Would have taken a pic but I ate it as soon as I got it..
