I usually love going to tenders, but was so disappointed today. I went on my lunch break with my husband and we both ordered the wings and tenders. First thing was that the prices jumped. I get it, everywhere is now but it was a big increase. When our food came out, it was almost nonexistent. The wings were tiny and barely any meat. It was literally bone and sauce. The tenders were small as well. I have never left tenders still hungry. Usually I don’t even eat a full snack meal. This was by far a huge let down.
Best chicken tenders I've had. Great, fast service as well. Worth a shot if your near by.
Fries were cold and my order was messed up. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he informed me to take the wings off 3 plates to bring to him and he would give us the tenders we were supposed to have. No apology for the mistake. Cashier was great. I guess customer service is not what it used to be. Mistakes happen but the way you correct them keeps customers coming back or not.
The food was awesome! Much better than I expected. Definitely, will be back.
I eat 5 Points location often. Trays are dirty. Tables are dirty. And at 330pm it isn't busy. Always room for improvement or maintaining good practices. Food is usually good. First time I have commented but I have noticed every time I visit trays are dirty and tables are dirty.

I tried this place for my first time and I thought the tenders and fries that I ordered was delicious! The sauce was awesome! I ate inside and my only gripe is, everything I touched in there was sticky! The tables, the salt and pepper shakers, the condiment section, all of it! Please have your employees use hot and clean towels to wipe down the area! The ceiling and the helmet props that were hanging had over an inch of dust! No wonder why I didn’t see anyone eating inside as I was the only person in there! Please do better! I recommend just using this place as take out on your travels through the Deep South at this time until the changes are made!
The Tenders in 5 points is awesome! My kids grew up eating there as well as myself . Aways fresh and hot ! Great job !
I had the tender salad with a side if cole slaw. Very nice vinager dressing saw. Fast, and service with a smile.
I ordered online. Once I arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled pick up time, I had to wait more than 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. Two customers came in after I did and got their food before I got mine. Got home and my one the boxes didn't even have tenders in it. When I called, the worker wasn't surprised by my complaint at all. She said there was nothing they could do because they close in 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and was told it wasn't possible. It seems that every time I go there, there is always a problem. I won't be back
