The cashier was very unwelcoming and had a scowl on her face. She looked so displeased to take my order that I was afraid something was wrong with her and I asked her if she was ok..... she then gave a slight grin which I still felt was very rude and she made me uncomfortable as if something was wrong with me when she placed my change and receipt on the counter and not in my hand. I won't accuse her of being racist but it definitely felt that way. I will not be eating there again.
We had Ted's cater my mother's birthday party. They delivered the delicious food when request and it was still hot when dinner time arrived. They were quick on the setup and provided all the utensil/napkin/plates/etc.. that we needed. Great food and great service. Thanks.
I picked up a quart of Brunswick stew Monday, and when I got home I found that in addition to the 4 cornbread muffins that are normally included, there was one in the stew!I know that it wasn't supposed to be in there. What gives?_______________________The staff is friendly and they make great BBQ. The brisket is my favorite but I always take some Brunswick stew home with me too.
So, they don't offer ribs or brisket. I got the chicken and it tasted just like the rotisary chicken from Kroger. It's missing that smokey smell like most BBQ places have. The sides were OK. The service was good and the resteraunt was clean.
Just paid $40.00 for a family pack at Ted’s in Five Points. I had a house full of guest waiting for me to come home with dinner. The rolls that should have been included with the we’re not in the bag!I called and did not receive a simple apology nor a suggestion to credit my card.Just…”you’ll have to come back to get the rolls”I won’t be back, I can go anywhere if I feel the need to be treated rudely.
Its the mcdonalds of bbq. There's no brisket or ribs, and the chicken was less impressive than church's chicken. Pork was nothing to write home about. Come in with low expectations and you might not be disappointed
Amazing barbecue! Delicious. Jalapeño cornbread is fantastic, and the coleslaw was unlike any I have ever tried before. I will take friends and family here!! You absolutely must try it
This place is confusing. First of all, it's typically clean and well-kept, and for what they're worth, the staff is friendly and polite. Where I get confused is the way they handle their orders. If you dine in, you seem to get a larger portion of everything you order than when you carryout. They use prepacks for carryout, but you'd think they would give you the same thing regardless. Also, while the staff are polite, there are a few that (literally) seem to lack the basic comprehension of math. Had a friend with me who paid cash and it took three people to properly figure out his change. No, I'm not joking and I'm not trying to be funny. I'm telling you what happened. Overall, if you're in the area and want some average bar-b-que, stop by. I'm being honest when I say I go here because it's convenient, not because it's great food/service.
Canned green beans, Mac & cheese worse than the Kraft box kind, subpar fatty meats and tasteless sauces. No, thank you!!
Smoked chicken is excellent. The potato salad is good. Baked beans are good. Mac n Cheese is cheesy. Corn bread? No thanks. Tastes awful.
