I'm going to be honest. I read a lot of reviews before I came to this restaurant. What I found out is the owner cares about every review, his staff, and everyone that comes through the door. My dinner was delicious, my wife's dinner was delicious, and our waitress never let our glasses get below a quarter full. Great atmosphere, and great vibe. I think I'm about to become a regular. If you guys ever do a steak night contact me! Thank you so much TailGaters!
Bartender made great drinks and the food was good but service sucked..took forever to get our order in and we wait on drinks during the whole time and took forever to get our check.
Wings were not bad but the service SUCKED. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to even ask for drinks. Waitress kept disappearing to be on her phone in the corner. I saw one waitress working hard and the rest were just worried about flirting with the young guys coming in.
Went today for brunch. Ordered bloody marys. When we got them they looked nothing like the pictures on website. When questioned bar tender said she didn't have anything to go on them. Ok! I ordered 1 egg over medium with ham and biscuit, husband ordered 1 egg over medium sausage and potatoes. I never got an egg. Husband's eggs had the whites running everywhere. Had to ask for utensils, had to ask for saus6 several times. When we finally got sausage it was cold and hard. When asked to speak to manager waitress said he was not there. When complained about food she did offer to have it re cooked. By this time we were done. We told her not to worry about it we just would not be back. She stated " ok you want your check now." We paid for stuff we did not get or we could not eat! This was the 2nd time in a year we have been. Was really wanted to like them since they are close.UPDATE. THE OWNER RESPONDED BUT GUESS HE DID NOT SEE ORIGINAL POST. WE DID ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WERE TOLD SHE HAD TEXTED THEM. THERE WAS NO MANAGER THERE. SO NOT SURE HOW YOU HE COULD SAY HE SAW OUR FOOD.
We waited 30 minutes for just to have our drinks order taken. Then another 15 minutes to get said drinks. We got there at 645pm and ended up leaving at 9pm with no food and no drink refills. Over 2 hours is ridiculous. And the people who came in after us got their food before us and the 2 tables before them. We have tried over and over with this place, we will never again come here.
I just read a response to a review about opening ketchup bottles with their teeth. Things happen and honestly that doesn’t even bother me. How dare you call your employees stupid though. The food is amazing and Kristie is usually on duty when I come in and is awesome. Someone made a mistake, and that happens, but take some ownership and stand up for your employees, don’t throw them under the bus. Bad mouthing your employees is what will keep me from coming in, so please change your ways and support your amazing staff.
Food was good. Wait time was a little long but considering it was lunch time that could be expected. Best thing was looking at all the waitresses as they walked away.
Had the french dip sandwich. It was absolutely fantastic! Fries were great as always. They have great hot wings also.
I almost always get wings and fried pickles. And of course a drink or two. Always great. Service is usually great also. Definitely a great spot to grab wings, drinks and watch them games too
We eat here a lot, just got delivered and I’m sorry on our universe is 5 onion rings an order. Seriously guys, your CS started tripping last year and this will be our last order
