My friend and I each had taco baskets, his was shredded beef and mine was grilled shrimp. As anticipated, the food was delicious. We shared our sides of ceso and Mexican mac and cheese. We dined in a wonderfully relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We were checked on often but not intrusively.We enjoyed eating there before and hopefully will go there again.
Very friendly employees. I placed an order to go and had great customer service over the phone and when I went inside to pick up. The food tastes great. I love the salsa and all the fresh toppings for the tacos. The neat has plenty of flavor. They give plenty of food. Our family loves it. Thanks for having a great restaurant for us to enjoy.
Excellent food and Customer Service! The food came out fast and fresh and the restaurant was very clean! Everyone of the employees were very friendly and looked happy to be there. We will definitely be back!
The staff here are absolutely amazing, very attentive and extremely kind! I asked for suggestions on drinks and they were spot on, I had the blood orange margarita and a burrito bowl, all amazing! Really good salsa as well, super flavorful.
I came here for lunch 2/23/22 my first time here I came around 12:40 and of course the place was packed. The cashier I didn't catch her name she had on glasses she took her time and explained everything to me she was so nice and friendly. Even though it was packed I was able to get a table real quick. I got the chicken quesadilla and I told them what toppings I want in the quesadilla and I got a side of mac and cheese. When I tell you the food was DELICIOUS!! This will be my taco place from now on.
Welcomed by greeters at the door which provide menus and answers any questions you may have (Great for first timers). The food is tasty. The staff is welcoming.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!We had a group of 45 ravenous Competitive Cheerleaders (and Parents) from Cheer Athletics Pensacola Coast6 Team that invaded Taco Mama literally 30 minutes before closing! The Taco Mama Staff just rolled up their sleeves and gave us incredible and quick service. We were all out of there within the hour. The food and drinks were exceptional and perfect! Big Shout-Out to Allea for her very pleasant and professional service! I had the Chorizo Tacos and they were absolutely delish! I also had a perfect Jalapeño Margarita! It was AMAZING, and I am a very picky judge on Margs since I am from TX. GREAT JOB TACO MAMA!!! We will be Back for Sure!
Madeline deserves a raise!!! Awesome customer service and I felt like the most important customer with her! Best customer service I’ve ever received! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD! Get the burrito bowl with EVERYTHING on it double rice double beans with lots of sauces and queso. Free chips!
A neat little place that puts a new spin on Mexican cuisine. The service has always been fast and the food fresh. My go to is Mama's Salad with grilled chicken. Their chipotle ranch dressing is great!
