Pretty much your average Subway. I know the Biden economy has jacked everything up, but $15 for a sandwich meal is hard to swallow….no pun intended. I get it if they put the amount of ingredients they used to on there, but they are royally skimping on those now too. You would have thought I stole the kids lunch money when I asked him for a little more lettuce. As other have mentioned, I’m not even sure why Subway issues coupons anymore. The last four Subway’s I’ve been to won’t honor coupons.
Just placed a doordash pickup order spent $51. Ordered a tomato basil wrap and was charged for that. But that's not what I got what I got was a plain tortilla wrap. Yet still charged me the price for a tomato basil wrap. In my opinion that's theft charge me extra for something special and give me something not special without taking any of the price away. And of course they don't answer their phone so the only way to resolve the issue is drive 20 minutes with today's gas prices over a wrap.
Absolutely horrible gave me a meat ball sub that was ice cold like literally had been in a freezer . The no one would answer the phone never again
Slow and rude. Was the only one there still took. Over 15 minutes to get two subs. How are you going to fix my subs then leave to do something else . Never again
Fresh and fast friendly service like most subways
The great thing about subway is their food is always what you expect. My primary issue with this location is with the service and the fact that the store doesn't honor the app prices or coupons. There are three people making sandwiches, but only one person running the drive thru and in store checkout. Don't get me wrong, she was working hard, it just seemed to be an inefficient way to let people pay.The other issue is with their pricing. I specifically went here for lunch with a coupon to try out their new Italian supreme meat sandwich. Big sign on the door, stating they don't participate in the coupons. Okay, I'm here, I'll order anyway. They didn't have all off the ingredients, but started the order anyway, there was a huge line for lunch, so I didn't want to restart the sandwich and slow things down further than the single cashier already had. So, I just accepted it, paid full price, and left to go eat my lunch. When this opportunity popped up on my phone, I figured I'd vent. Maybe the owners will read it, maybe they wont
Gone there twice bc I have kids and they have a drive thru window. No sauce on the pizza sub both times and they over toast it so it's burnt*2 year update* Said they changed management. Still no sauce and they microwaved it instead of toasting it.
Honestly, the food was fine. Everything tasted great, so no complaints on that end. The issue is the guy that was making my sandwich. I asked for cucumber, so he just put a stack in the middle. I asked for tomatoes, same thing. Just piled them up in the middle of the flatbread. I get it man, Subway probably isn't the most glamorous place to work, but it's better than nothing. Have some pride in your work. 3 stars because of a poor experience with an employee, but food was 5 stars.
Was on hold for 15 minutes in the drive way and then they did not take a brand new $25 subway gift card
Went in like normal, usually the staff is friendly but tonight the staff were AMAZING. So chatty, funny, and just super welcoming. It was an AWESOME experience. My food was also perfect!!!
