Yesterday we ordered sandwiches. And my husband ordered the sandwiches from the App. And the two sandwiches we ordered wasn't right. He told them how he wanted them. And then he called and told the person Also how he wanted them. And after all that they were still made wrong. We always come to this location because we stay right around the corner from them. It's a very clean place. And One of the works was on her phone while with a customer. That's very unprofessional. My opinion she had put her phone away and dealt with the customer instead of the phone. It was her own personal phone that she was on.
Waited 22 minutes exactly at the drive through just to wait to take my order and another 15 minutes while they made the food and order wasn’t even right. They weren’t busy. And when I asked if they were short staffed she said no and shut the window. Slowest service I’ve ever received. Just awful!
Mia makes a great sandwich. Store was clean and all employees were very professional.
Our food was hot and fresh. We went through the drive thru and did not wait long at all.
