It was a normal trip to Subway. It is what it is. Not great. Not horrible. It's okay.
This location isnt good. They always skimp on the meats to force meat upcharges and they deny coupon promotions from Subway that dont benefit them. There is usually a paper sign they put up on display nullifying most of Subways national deals due to franchise ownership caveats etc.
The sandwich was soooo good! The restaurant is very clean and the employees are very friendly. They also accept coupons unlike the Subway inside of Walmart on Sparkman Dr. My sandwich was 10 dollars and some change at this location, but the Subway inside of Walmart was charging 11.99 before taxes for the exact same sandwich. I will be going to this location from now on.
Great Staff. Always great service and food. I am working on cutting carbs and loosing weight so my go to is the tuna bowl.
Ordered lunch for my office for delivery. They sent the wrong sandwich. I called. The manager said he would make new sandwich, but I had to come pick it up. I told him I was unable to and that was the reason for the delivery. I asked for a refund. He refused. This Subway is the worst. They are always getting orders wrong and refuses to fix it. So, now I'm out money, including delivery fee and tip, and nothing to eat for lunch
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and after leaving I realized when they rung me up they did it a completely different way and it ended up charging me more. That wasn’t ok with me and if I realized it before I paid I would have made them correct this. I worked subway for 5 years and I wouldn’t have ever done that to any of my customers. Will not come to this one again.
Just got a sandwich and I wanted provolone cheese with they didn't add nor did the add extra jalapeños like I asked them this is the second time I went to the drive through and they got it wrong I guess I'll go inside if I decide to go back to that location
This subway really good and clean they give you best service
Worst service ever!! Totally botched our order. Realized once we were home and too late to go back because store was closing. Informed we could bring back the sandwich the next day to receive a new one like it was originally ordered. Never going back!!!
The store looks clean and new and nice. Staff, friendly. Ordered using the app, it messed up, plus someone had an accident with the salt box ( dumping it seemingly) on top of my wrap. :(
