I took the grandkids and they loved it. The staff was great, the place was clean, and lots of fun was had.
Had a party package and we could not be happier. The attendant alone was worth the cost. Everything was included, meals for the kids, game cards, time on bumper cars, and laser tag. 2 bowling lanes also for our party of 10! Wonderful experience. I would recommend booking for an early slot if you go on a weekend as they get really busy after 1pm.
Went bowling and saw it was ladies night for axe throwing. They were busy and short staffed, but Jessica made sure that we were able to have a blast in Lumberjack Alley. She was seriously the best and went above and beyond. We will be back!
We were one of several families there today and Natasha knocked it out of the park. We were a confused hot mess and she was so kind and very competent. They made sure all our littles had the lightweight balls they needed, all the equipment worked like it should and the bathrooms were clean. A big win for everyone! We'll be back!
Had a Blast, spent 5 hours inside and still didn’t do everything. Will definitely be coming back. So much fun.
(LONG REVIEW)Firstly starting I’m not one to write reviews but I just felt this is a must. For starters I came in for unlimited Tuesday judging I haven’t been to this stars and strikes in a while but love their Tuesday deal, there was no staff at the front but kiosk which wasn’t a problem with me and my guest. Two bowling attendants were the only staff in sight so i approached them and asked them for help and they were totally dismissive with weird body language with tone that was disgusting. Not letting that ruin my day I finally found someone to assist me which they did great I forgot her name but she was very nice. Now onto the DINING! It was TERRIBLE 1.they now make you order from a kiosk which is very slow, 2. From what I assume they no longer have waiters so when you order a beverage you have to walk and get it yourself, 3. I waited almost a hour for my food, 4. The food came out cold and burnt pizza was given to us and lastly 5. The dishes were dirty. I am very disappointed at how this business came into Huntsville booming with customers to now a horrible mess. I advise to anyone if your going to go here I would not recommend to eat here only to play(Although most games were broken, shut down, etc)
I recommend it because the staff that is there is great especially Paige at the bar. The management is the worst I’ve seen. They don’t care and don’t help employees until they are dead in the weeds. This place is not managed to help anybody, employees or customers. It’s sad and disrespectful.
This review is just about the food service. We are family of four. Ordered food from kiosk and was automatically charged gratuity. But service is sub standard. They did bring 4 plates of food, but wife's salad had croutons contrary to the menu and she is gluten allergic. We had to go in search of the pitcher of soda for the kids and had to ask for salad dressing to be brought. Why does it take 5 minutes to bring out salad dressing? And even though the kiosk said they had balsamic vinegrette, the kid said they didn't. But brought out a dressing my wife couldn't eat instead. I would NEVER have provided a tip for this kind of service. The place is fun for the wife and kids. But eat before you go there! Food is sub standard and service is barely existent. And NO, I will not be emailing your HUNTSVILLE GM to resolve anything. There are reviews that say the same thing I've said and your GM is apparently not doing anything about it.
We had a great time. Food was a little expensive. Employees were very sweet and helpful that day.
Loved the VIP bowling area! Drinks took awhile from the bar. In fact, we probably would have ordered 1 or 2 additional rounds if we were served faster. The pretzel was great. Fried pickles were a little salty. Staff at the service desk and our lane waiter were fantastic --- extremely personable and friendly.
