Sitting for 20 minutes. No drinks from the back bar. No new customers. 2 persons standing while others can't get stuff done.What a mess.
Me and my husband went through the drive thru after work around 6:30pm. The line was long, but they had two wonderful people working: Wes and Madeline. They were the only two in the store and they were cranking the line through like champs ?. It took a little longer than usual to get our order, but honestly that didn't matter, we gave them a tip because they were so so so sweet and doing their absolute best. If any employees deserve a raise it's these two ?? Fabulous job guys keep up the great work ?
This one has a great location and service! I do wish customers would READ signs meaning if your using the drive thru you cannot turn right onto governors! Not only is it a one way but also it has almost caused a few accidents. Plenty of signs say so too..
There was only one girl working, which isn't her fault. That wasn't my issue. They were out of certain ingredients for a menu item. I didn't care, we all know there is a supply issue HOWEVER when the girl asked if she could substitute I said Sure! I only asked would it taste the same and be as strong and she said "IDK" very melancholy like. Well, if you don't know I sure as heck don't! All I want is a STRONG good tasting coffee ☕ ?! It was tasty but not strong at ALL and I even asked for extra espresso but I think she may have been to busy to do so? I didn't notice until I got back in my car and I wasn't about to go in and wait an additional 10 min. Get that girl some help and training corporate! I probably won't be back, unfortunately.
Above average experience compared to my last visit. Always great coffee. Baristas are friendly. Bathroom room ok. Can use some work as I came pretty early. Cafe area clean. Lots of places to sit. A lot of people come through here since they closed the other one. Great for people watching. Lots of selection of accessories like coffee mugs and travel ones too specializing in hot and cold beverages. Of course, they also have various choices of ground coffee bags. Decent prices. Posted hours are very convenient. Can’t miss Starbucks sign off Governor’s. Just be careful going in and out. Some drivers don’t follow the rules and try to exit out and make a right on Governor’s causing chaos at times. Overall, good experience and definitely recommend.
This Starbucks is so dirty all the time. They don't clean regularly.
My large blended cookie crumble crunch, with no whip, tasted very watered down, and it really had no flavor at all. I was really, and totally disappointed. This happened Saturday afternoon 2/29/2022. This happened at the Governor's Drive location, where an old McDonald's used to be, before they put Starbucks in its location. I usually don't have any issues at all here, or at any Starbuck's locations. They were very busy in the drive-thru, and I did go through the drive-thru.
I never leave reviews, let alone bad ones…but for this I had to. I haven’t ordered Starbucks in over a year and was so excited to order a Java Chip Frappuccino. I waited in a ridiculously long line and finally got my drink only to have it taste just like water! It had zero taste to it other than some whip cream and a little bit of chocolate. I really do think they just gave me water in a fancy Starbucks cup. I would’ve went back to return it if I felt like waiting in line again for 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible, tasteless and waste of money and time. Maybe it’s just this location but It was really disappointing tbh!

I have visited this location on several occasions and I always have the same issue, the length of time it takes to get your drinks. I’m not sure if it’s understaffed but it took over 20 mins to get my order of 2 hot drinks and 1 cold on top of that was they were out of Venti and Grande cups so we had to carry multiple Tall cups
