The lady that took my order, I think her name was Jewel, was so sweet and kind. Made my whole afternoon so much better. And my hot chai latte was the best one I’ve ever had!
Over sweetened the white mocha, bitter caramel macchiato, ordered both hot and got one of them a little hotter than luke warm at best and the other was hot like normal (coffee came a few minutes apart from the other)

I will NEVER go to a Starbucks in Huntsville, Al again. First off, the hours that you say your stores close online is FALSE. I have gone to 3 different Starbucks and 1 closed at 3pm. The other two stores say online that the stores are open until 7…That’s a lie. Don’t waste your gas. 1 out of the 3 stores closed at 5, the last one I went to closed at 6! I’m so disappointed and I wish the stores can get on the same page. This is ridiculous. That’s why people go to local shops. It’s always the same and the customer service is much better. You guys just lost a customer because of this and I’m sure I’m not the only one.
Awful management of store,All the sites stated closes at 9 pm.We traveled far to come to this Starbucks, and management says we closed, explained the situation, was not apologetic much. So I said than ple change you advertising closes at 9.
Great coffee! Yummy scones!
Honestly, the coffee and service here is generally far better than the full sized Starbucks cafe in nearby Madison. If you've got time to walk in, go here instead.
