Having stopped in Starbucks while traveling all over the country I think this is the slowest one in the whole country.Put in an order through the app for a Marshmallow Dream Bar and a Venti cold nitro brew. They were busy but not busier than many other locations when I got there 15 minutes later.They hadn’t started the order when we got there. They ran out of cold brew and took forever to refill it. In all it took another 15 minutes to get out with that order.They’re very disorganized here and I won’t be back.

This Starbucks is SLOW and when I went the girl taking the orders was not the most welcoming person to say the least. Not to mention it could use some sprucing up (and my sprucing I mean general cleaning and taking the trash out.) lol! The Starbucks on Governors Drive is MUCH better. Go there instead if you can… it’s only an 8 min drive from this one maybe not even that long depending on traffic.

This Starbucks is like most others in terms of the coffee and food options. I give it a poor rating because the environment is terrible. The music is way too loud and it is freezing. The service and coffee were good.

I am utterly disgusted Starbucks today to say the least. I placed a mobile app for pick up this morning as I normally do when I go into office. I walked into the location to pick up my mobile order and the employee the was behind the counter says to me" Are you Lakershia" I looked at her and stated No!There are so many things wrong with this encounter! Lets start by saying I am a black female and she was white and for her to assume my name was Lakerisha is disgusting! My name is Ashli! The fact that she didn't even greet me with a good morning is also disgusting as well! This is blatant racism to say the least! She assumed my name was lakershia because I am a black female and yes that is a name that would be associated with black woman!I informed the other employees that I was disgusted and offended by her comment! They advised me that they were as well!This is totally unacceptable! I spend entirely too much money in Starbucks to even receive treatment of this manner!The employees name is Jamie and I want this addressed ASAP or I will continue further with this as I will not accept racism in ANY form!

Stopped by for breakfast while I was in town for work . Coffee was delicious. I had a breakfast wrap and it was so good. Staff was friendly , service was prompt..

First off this was our mother’s day breakfast outing and I ordered 4 venti, when my order was called I went up and was handed 2 venti and 2 grande. When I politely explained I order 4 ventis she said that wasn’t her fault and that she’d remake them and I could pay the difference. im sorry but I know what I ordered and it’s not my fault you rang me in wrong and now i’m expected to pay for their mistake, and to top it off I asked for one to be decaf and was given caffeinated for all 4.

I will NEVER go to the Airport Road location again!!! My peppermint mocha was barely a mocha and there was no peppermint, I requested it stirred, and it wasn't and I waited 30 minutes for the cake pops. I have never waited, they always hand them to me at the register. When I inquired after 20 minutes I was informed rather rudely that they were short-staffed and she needed to clear the line. There were four people behind the counter. The garbage can was pulled out and was piled up above the counter. It was disgusting and the reason I didn't order anything that required cooking. If it's possible to give no stars I would give no stars.

On yesterday, I ordered the Dragon fruit lemonade drink one on my favorites. I guess something happened, and the drink was totally flat. Today I called and spoke with Rachael, she was very apologetic and offered to make another one. Not only did she make that drink, she asked what was my other favorite drink in case this one was not to my liking. I love the Caramel Ribbon frappe with almond milk. She sent both by my grandson. Thank you Rachael for awesome customer service. I will continue to shop with you❤️.

Use to be great! Most all Starbucks in Huntsville use to be great. 6 of us waited for at least 15 mins to order while 4 workers wandered around. The good thing is the girl making my mocha had it done pronto because she had nothing to do, the order taker was busy walking back and forth. Prices up, quality and service down, but their CEO got a great raise. Hm.... Oh online ordering for most all Huntsville Starbucks are disabled too.

I understand that times are tough for help right now, but I placed a mobile order and made sure to give them at least 20 minutes because I know they’ve been backed up lately, but I still waited 15 mins after it was supposed to be ready. This is the 3rd time this has happened, I won’t be using this Starbucks again….do not order here if you’re in a hurry.
