After driving to 2 other coffee shops that were not independent buildings (inside a hotel or hospital) my sister and I finally found this Starbucks and were greeted by Na, the nicest barista I’ve ever met. She took the time to introduce herself and ask our names as she took our order and made sure we left with a smile. She was so genuine and kind, and it was so refreshing to meet her after stressing to find coffee for so long. Our morning was not off to a great start until Na flipped the script on us. Thank you Na for outstanding service and turning our morning around ❤️
Starbucks is always amazing for what they serve. They need a bigger location just like chick fil a. Too busy all the time. Take some that money they are making and invest in a super Starbucks 3 times the size and the employees. Im sure they lose 1000s of dollars of business, just because they are so busy
Worst customer service experience ever. Waited 20 minutes on a coffee. Nobody was in the store and they got mad when I asked for my money back. I'll never go here again!!!
Okay, so I tried Starbucks again. The bacon is never done all the way so I had to stop eating their breakfast sandwiches. (Last 2 times I got sick... Finally narrowed it down to the light pink barely done bacon). Coffee is great once you figure out how to order.I used to go to Dunkin on the same street but after ordering from the app for an entire week and not being able to get my coffee for one reason or another ( order ahead and get there and the building is dark... No one there. They promise it the next day and either no one is there again or gotta wait an hour etc). I decided to give Starbucks another try. Glad I did. NOW I PAY $3 MORE DAILY but the coffee is excellent.
The strawberry acai lemonade was delicious, but the parking lot was awful. The parking lot was full and when I went inside there was three customers inside and three workers, so why the parking lot was full. Smh
They were insanely busy when I went in, but still made my order in an efficient time and seemed to be working well together behind the bar!
Wonderful staff, quick service even with how busy they were. I 100% recommend this Starbucks location! =)
Did a mobile order as I usually do it took them no time for one of the drinks they set it out and the other one took 10 minutes after the app saying it would be ready. Idk why they didn't make the one after the other like normal there was enough people. Idk I hope it gets better.
Just disable the mobile ordering ability for this store as it gives the false sense that you can plan ahead. I've slowly been ordering farther and farther ahead, but I still have a long wait at the store. I ordered 20 minutes ahead today, and still had to wait an additional 20 minute wait when I arrived. I have no problem with the employees, or the quality of the food and drink, as they are doing the best they can. But Starbucks can control the customer experience. The drive-through is always the fastest way of getting your items. Mobile ordering is very convenient, but it's just not working for this location. Please remove mobile ordering as there is no way to know how far ahead you need to order. The drive-through experience is just fine and you'll always have a good idea how long you'll be in line. I used to be able to pickup my mobile orders like clockwork, but in recent months either business has more than doubled for this location, or COVID related issues are causing significant delays. Makes for a bad customer experience... I don't need to spend this kind of money for coffee, so am not compelled to keep visiting a business where the experience is always frustrating.
it’s Starbucks nuff said. I just wish the atmosphere was a bit more welcoming to the untraditional style of people your used to seeing in Starbucks, it’s 2022. Everyone of all ethnicities frequent Starbucks now. Would be nice to see the staff reflect that as well.
