This is a great quick fix,love their chili dogs and onion rings(these are really good if you are a o ring person) plus they have every kind of drink(w/alcohol)you can imagine.
They were very busy, as I went straight from work at 5 pm. I went through the drive thru. The young lady at the window was very busy and apologized several times for the wait. Food was hot.
Just left from here. Ordered a boneless wing meal and they literally gave me crumbs. Didn’t even waste my time trying to get a refund…ridiculous
Service was slower than we anticipated. The food was excellent though. If you can wait 20mins to get your order during lunch then it's a good place to eat.
My truck is to big for the drive through. I work late and every weekend they usually will let me order by walking up to the screen by the front door. That wasn't the case tonight. The guy on the headset said he couldn't take my order unless I went through the drive through. I said please man I'm working and haven't had time to eat until now ill leave a huge tip like i always do. It's not like I'm drunk and just left the bar like the rest of the people in the drive thru. I'm not trying to skip anyone. I'll wait my turn gladly I just can't fit. I got told no there's nothing he could do..... That's obviously a lie because they do it for me every weekend. . Oh well never going again sonic lost my money for life.
Ordered on DoorDash got cancelled seconds later. Will be talking to corporate same thing happened last time. Time before that ordered an Oreo blast never received it horrible service
Food was overfried, staff was rude, order was missing items, order specifications were not follow IE you say no mayo and they slather it with extra mayo. But the worst part of all...it was an hour and a half to 2 hours prior to closing, and they tried to say they didnt want to make tater tots (something you dump out of a bag into a frier for 4 minutes) because they were "close to closing" I even asked to confirm the time they were closing and was met with a lie...guess one of the items missing from my order? Yup tater tots...this sounds petty but when you habe to drive 25 minutes to get to this place because everything else closes at 8 or 9 (so yes this place was chosen from lack of options thats not the restaurants fault not blaming them for that) it gets severely irritating. This was my worst experience ever with sonic, which normally to be honest every other location I have been too (which dont get me wrong I like the retaurant the food is USUALLY good just not this location) does right by me, this location was the absolute worst.
If I could give a zero I would. Me and my husband order shakes. A Medium Oreo and peanut butter shake and a large peanut butter Oreo cheesecake shake. The first one was a small and only tastes like warm whipped peanut butter. And the second one had way too much cheesecake flavoring and when we asked for a replacement it took 30 minutes to even get them to bring it back out and when they did it tasted like just straight vanilla. They were extremely rude. Definitely not going back.
I went to this Sonic on 3/18/2022, around 9:15pm. I order the crispy chicken meal. The chicken was flat/thin like a burger and tasted old. The chili cheese tots were good and hot. The shake didn’t taste like a Reese’s shake. If it was then they only used one Reese’s cup or a mini. I definitely will not be eating there again. It was not worth my time and money.
The Best Mess. I Ordered The #10, Which Everyone Knows That's The Deluxe Crispy/Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo. I Got Crispy. They Didn't Have Any Tomatoes, The Lettuce Was Brown And My Tater Tots Was Mushy. And I Can't Forget That The Chicken Was Cold. I Do Apologize But Everytime I Go By There At Night, Something Is Always Screwed Up.
