Ordered on the mobile app while sitting at a red light 3 minutes away. Pulled up and checked in. It took maybe 6-10 minutes to get food. And the tater tots were hard and cold. Pressed the button and asked for some fresh hot tots. The carhop asked me to take the hamburger out of the bag and took the tots back in about 5 minutes later a different carhop came out and explained since I ordered on the app my food was made before I got there... "UNDERSTOOD BUT I WAS ONLY 3 MINUTES AWAY " and she will give me some fresh tots this time but next time I will be charged. After all that the Burger was then cold. Nothing like the commercial or pictures on board. Needless to say, I will not visit this Sonic again...Horrible....
Wow. Not familiar with Sonic's food. I definitely enjoyed. The cherry limeade slush with blue coconut added was AWESOME
Despite being short handed, our order was spot on and delivered to us quickly.
This one is always hit or miss. Sometimes it's great with hot food and friendly service. Other times it's cold and you have cranky carhops. One of the ladys on the box was pretty abrupt with me when I asked to change a drink to diet from my mobile. Order. She said she couldn't and it was on its way out already. Five minutes later it arrives. Not impressed. I worked at sonic for 3 years.
Stopped for some Milk Shakes. Sonic has the best milk shakes in the local area. Always a treat!
The one who took my order "Tamera" was completely rude. I tried ordering the first time and she acted like she couldn't hear me. Pressed the button a second time and she didn't answer mine but answered someone else who just pulled in. I called and told her I been trying to order and she said that she was gonna hang up on me. Pressed the button a 3rd time and she finally answered but had an attitude the entire time and was rude as hell.
I order Sonic slushes almost daily from the app. They're cheap with the half price tag on them and they quince my thirst on a hot day more than anything else. So needless to say it's annoying when I order one and they don't mix it up and half of it is pure flavor and half just plain shaved ice. Location is just hit or miss tbh the Jordan ln location is just around the corner and much better even with the increased traffic over there you may wait a few more minutes but worth it.

It was terrible i waited 15 minutes Tuesday night to be told there would be a 45 min wait !! 2 cars in parking lot! I waa in management for sonic in Madison al and ive never heard of this! So i went to jordan lane got order in 10 minutes!!! But the people at bob Wallace had time for cigarette breaks really sonic
Food was slow coming out, very little ketchup on grandson's cheeseburger. Fries were cold. But milkshakes were great.
