The food is good, but they take forever and are drive-thru only a lot and have been understaffed for almost a year now. They just can't operate properly with so few staff.They also never provide spoons with their shakes, which would make sense, except they're so thick that you'd have to allow them to melt for half an hour to realistically be able to drink them through a straw. And they often have cookie pieces that are larger than the straw's diameter.
For a “Sonic” restaurant this one always seems to be slow, even when they have just a couple people in line. I like their drinks and shakes but I don’t eat the food here so 3 stars is the best I can give them.
I had a similar experience as several others have had. There were only two cars in line, but it took FOREVER to get our food. Also, I ordered a Reese’s PB Blast and after the first few bites, the rest was just vanilla ice cream. $8 is a lot for a cup of vanilla ice cream.
If you been to one you there all the same good food. This one was quick with service.
This the most slowest place to get your order and they mess it up all the dam time employees play around and don’t take the customers orders right do not come to this place to get food or you be waiting here until Christmas to eat STAY WAY fine somewhere else to get food………
I pulled up about five till 11 PM on Friday evening February 11 I could tell there were people inside because they kept looking out at me apparently they just didn’t want to help anyone due to it being close to closing but all I wanted was two drinks it’s sad that people don’t want to work anymore this sonic is one of the worst I have ever been to this is not the only issue I have had
We went at 6:30 in the even and it was fast good and we received everything we ordered and if was delicious like someone cared what it tasted like made it. I was so impressed to see such professionalism at a fast food place.
Alway seems to be out of something not the staffs fault. But their attitudes are their fault. Update. Tried giving them one more chance today/tonight and seem as tho all of Sonics in north Alabama ice cream machines decided to stop working at the same time and same day/night. Will definitely not spend my money with Sonic again. They just proved a point by lien about stuff. Hope everyone else goes elsewhere also. This store really needs to be shut down.
Had the supersonic double. It was delicious and came out fast. Could have been a little warmer. Great value.
Always stop in at Sonic for a large sweet tea they have really good teas and they also have juices that they can flavor your tea with always very fast and good
