This was our first time trying Sac’s Kitchen Soulfood Restaurant, but it definitely will not be our last. Everything we ate was seasoned so well and it was delicious! Great service and cooks!

Such a laid back but classy place for a night out or just to watch the game. Carlos makes you feel like family. I really enjoy myself when I go.. Drinks always on point and my favorite is the catfish bites and seasoned fries.. always fresh and cooked to perfection. On Wednesday's, Mr. Tommy Sax is there from 7-10. A must experience hidden gem.
I am not from Alabama and the “soul food” places I have tried around Huntsville doesn’t touch Sac’s Kitchen, even the “top rated” places. Order is always on point, hot, and good tasting. On busy days you may have to wait a while and the prices may be pricey however it is worth it. I’d advise any new residents or tourists looking for real soul food to check this spot out. All they need is to add an option for a side of fatback and corn pudding and I would be beyond satisfied.
I don't get over there often, but I'm always pleased when I do. I most recently enjoyed their fried chicken with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. And the other day the lasagna was delicious and super filling! Pintos, yams, and cornbread pancakes are on point?
Sacs is one of the only places in the city where you can get authentic soul food and a drink. It opens at 12 noon daily so it's the perfect location for those off days when you might wanna start the party a little earlier

Good selection, food is ok not great, something is missing to bring it over the top. My suggestion is to taste as you season to ensure it's on point!
