We been going here at Rosie’s every scence they open.drive about hour there and hour back. But we love it Staff is Awesome all the service us Awesome food really great always and hot and good staff really fast just a Amazing Place in side and out.we all know it Takes a Good kitchen staff and they are Amazing at there jobs So are the mangers alway two are so alway there seeing and helping clean tables move tables what ever they need to do Rosie’s is just The “ Best”

No wait. Service was prompt, and friendly. Taste and quality of food is excellent as always. Also seeing more new employee faces which continues to improve great service. Gotta have the deluxe queso blanco.
I had my kids with me on a typical night. We just stopped in for drinks and queso. Ended up eating dinner. The servering staff was swamped and missed quite a few things. Order was wrong and item delivered back to the table after we were almost finished eating. The only thing pleasant about this visit was one of the staff, Cassidy. While she was busy cleaning tables, she kept us entertained and full on drinks and chips. And continually apologized for the mixup! Not our waiter! Needless to say even though our dining experience was not good at all but Cassidy was absolutely amazing! Hopefully they keep this girl and give her a raise! She was the best part of the restaurant.

I love the food. The service we had was terrible last time we were there. It usually is good. It was Valintines Day. I wanted desert but we were not even asked. I thought we would never get our bill. It was not that busy. We will go back. It's my best Rosie's. Sorry we had that experience.
Usually, they have some of the best customer service, but a couple of weeks ago we ate at the one on South Parkway, and the waiter was terrible. Not friendly, never checked on our table to see if we needed anything. Food was really good. Mexican Lasonia
I was recommended to this place by some friends and honesty I feel let down. The overall appearance is a very comfortable vibe. I liked the layout of the menus but I felt like there was limited items. Overall the food was good and the service was average. The reason for the three stars is because of my dislikes. I was personally offended by the bartender when I asked about a drink only for his response to be slightly insulted. Also I slightly have a problem with my drink running dry for a period of time. If you want people to pay good money and return maybe they should receive their moneys worth in service .
Was never able to eat here. I tried to set up a time to eat with a party of 25 for my son’s second birthday. We called 6 weeks ahead to try to set up the reservation. We were told that if we called the morning of the party they would set up tables for us. We called the morning of the party and were told they would not set up anything until we arrived and we would have to wait, which is not what we were told earlier. So now, on the day of the party, we are frantically calling to try to find someone who will accommodate us. I don’t know if it was incompetence or unreliability, but they will not earn another shot with my family. Maybe this place is good if you drop in, but you would have a better shot getting your large party served by the Hamburgler than Rosie’s.
