Rosie’s did it again. Been coming here since 2014 from NC while on business. Best fajitas in the USA ?? I don’t know what they do but it’s amazing and always consistent. Your missing out if you pass this place by. I’d be an ambassador if they let me !!
I’m from out of town, and my coworkers recommended us go here for lunch. There was a 20 minute wait when we arrived around 12:20pm, but we were seated in about 10.Our server was okay. He came around a few times, but we had to ask for chips, salsa, and more drinks two times. Once we ordered, or food came out promptly.One issue was one of our meals were cold. So we had to send it back. We waited, only to be told it would be a lot longer. So my coworker had to order a completely different entree. The manager did comp the meal, but the experience wasn’t the best.
We had a large party (30) and when we got to our table we were all at one large table. We had lots of chips and salsa and the drinks kept coming. Our (1) waiter was incredible in taking orders fast and getting refills. Dinner arrived and were distributed efficiently. Our tickets were passed out and then he came back to pick up payment. Most of the payments were for 1 person. Cards came back and everyone got the right ones. Great service, food, and bar.

This is a beautiful restaurant, even if you have to wait it is worth it because of the wonderful Southwestern detailed deco inside and out. The wait staff are plentiful,dressed in uniforms and, also very professional, something you don’t see much anymore. Very impressive from the time you walk in to the time you leave.We were the at lunch time but only had a short wait time to be seated. Prompt service, drinks were refilled before they were even empty. Excellent service for a full restaurant.I wish I could say the food was excellent but it was a bit of a disappointment.Chicken Enchilada (Lunch Menu) the meat was pink and mushy mixed with a jelled soupy mixture. It did have a spicy pepper taste but the texture was very off putting. I love chicken enchiladas but I’ve never seen anything like that even my husband wouldn’t eat it when he saw it. The chips and dip and rice and beans were great but I could not eat the enchilada. One thing I noticed, almost all of the dishes have melted cheese now instead of the white cheese sauce which I love, and will request next time. I know Rosie’s has excellent food but this was not a dish for me.
Another fantastic meal at Rosie's. We had dinner and were seated quickly, the server was friendly and fast.Came in for lunch over a year later and still had fantastic service and delicious food! 4/2022

Absolutely love looking at their building inside and out. The food is really good. We’ve eaten here a few times now. I will say wasn’t impressed much with the steak and shrimp fajitas. The steak is cute long, so every time you take a bite the whole piece comes out and the shrimp were not that good. The guacamole is really good. Very nice staff.
Great service and amazing food. I have an unusual allergy and the manager helped make sure everything I ordered was safe. Delicious! Everyone in my party enjoyed their food as well.
