Some of the best cake and did I've had. And I used to work in a bakery! This place is legit. The cakes are terrific and the prices can't be beat. The heck with chain bakeries... This place is better and the same cost! Order a cake from them. You'll see.
We ordered a 10 inch vegan Coconut cake for a get together this weekend for a group of 10 people. It was the best Coconut cake we have ever had. Most of the group were not vegan but there were a few people that had egg allergies so this vegan cake was perfect. Everyone raved about how delicious, moist and beautiful it was. Every person loved it and we had enough left overs for several people to take another slice home with them. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from Rockabilly Bakery in the future.
We ordered several sides for a birthday part. We ordered the corn casserole, green beans, and mac-n-cheese. All delicious. I was fortunate to take some leftovers home so I could enjoy it the next day. Delicious food and great service. Thanks

Chocolate ganache cake with whip cream. Light creamy and tasty. I do not like buttercream and all the typical cake frostings. This one was very tasty. Moist and airy.
Came here today looking to try something new and had a great experience. The bao buns and ramen specials were fantastic. Also got the vegan burrito bowl to go! It gave me that cool, unique, hole in the wall vibe and the workers there were friendly and personable. I've been exploring more plant based eating options around Huntsville, and rockabilly turned out to be a great find.
Rockabilly bakery is amazing in so many ways I don’t know where to start. Rockabilly has no “true competition”. I say that for multiple reasons; Rockabilly is radically vegan inclusive (without excluding other dietary choices), are local, offer an impressive variety of house made vegan cheese, have no problem with you perusing their recipe books, or using their recipes (in fact, it is enforced). Above all, the owners are absolutely wonderful. 100/10. You will not regret giving them a chance.
Oh my goodness! Hands down the best homemade vegan food! The food was delicious, I couldn’t believe my mouth. If you are transitioning to vegan this is the place to go. Even the desserts are incredible.
We had some family get us a vegan carrot cake to welcome our new baby! It was the most delicious cake my husband and I have ever enjoyed! We can’t wait to try all the other cake flavors and vegan food! It’s hard to find good vegan baked goods, we are happy to have Rockabilly Bakery to supply our baked good needs from now on :)
The lady who helped me was rude. I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me. I only had a handful of questions, and she behaved as if I inconvenienced her. She didn’t have the color I wanted, but I went with what they had anyway. In the end, she tried making up for it by speaking nicely to me once my order was placed. The cake turned out pretty, but I wasn’t overly impressed with the taste. I guess we all can’t be southern sweethearts.
