Red Robin is going thru some issues and I get it. The hour wait and poor food is probably due to low staffing. Because it wasn't packed. The staff and manager were great though.
Red Robin was great,such a large selection. Lunch time was a bit busy so I suggest to come just a little later. Service was excellent. My son ordered an onion ring to share appetizer and the came out all crispy on a tall stick stacked up real cool with choice of sauces for dipping. Overall great experience and this R.R. is located right by the bridge street cinema and all kinds of other shopping. Thumbs Up
Very disheartening to have such a negative experience at this restaurant. My daughter ordered the fish and chips. When the waitress brought our food, the fish was fried so hard that my daughter could not eat it. I asked the manager if we could get a new batch that was not fried as hard. After 15 minutes, I asked the manager why my daughter had not yet received her food. The manager told me that she was not getting a new order for her. I asked if my daughter could order something else off the menu. The manager very hatefully told me that she refused to serve me and that my family needed to leave the restaurant. I tried to calmly reason with the manager, but she talked over me and threatened to call the Hunstville Police and Mall Security to escort my family out of the restaurant. As an Asian American, I felt threatened by her tone towards me. When I asked her for her name or employee ID, she refused. Therefore, the only identifier I have for this manager is that she is Caucasian. She left our table and called the police and security. I paid the bill and my family was escorted out of the restaurant by the police and security guard. I asked for a police report to forward to Red Robin's corporate office. To have been humiliated in public and refused service because of the color of my skin is unacceptable. Shame on you Red Robin. I hope that future customers never have to endure such a racist experience as my family did.
We ordered online. The food was ready before we got there...and I really would have loved to taste it fresh and hot. Despite this, the food was still good. My fries, onion rings and fried pickles weren't up to par but that's my fault for being a bit late to pick up my order. I gave 4 stars because I need to have my meal fresh in order to consider 5 stars. And by the same logic, rating 3 would be unfair.
Delicious food! I wish they had more around!! Got large portion sizes, enough to take home for at least 2 more meals. Also, they serve bottomless fries, steak fries or sweet potato fries. You can't find many places that does that anymore. Absolutely delicious and friendly service!
Waited about 10 minutes before the server came to our table. A courtesy of saying “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would have been nice despite what other issues may have been going on before coming to serve us at our table . Other than that, the server was nice and did a good job.Food from the kitchen came out wrong and cold. There was really no reason for the food to come out the way it was because there were more workers than customers in the restaurant. Seemed as if everyone was there just having fun and talking but not working and being lazy.We had to wait another 15 min for them to remake our order and my fries were still the wrong fries. Waited another 5 min for fries. Before leaving, we asked for the same garlic fries to go. We waited another 10 min for our to go fries but got tired of waiting and just left. Even our server was surprised they did not come out with our fries upon letting him know we were not going to wait any longer.Corporate should consider retraining their employees because the service tonight was very disappointing. The young lady host seemed like the only one working hard and she looked as if she was just doing her best but definitely needed help while 30 other workers were in the back hanging out, on their phones, chit chatting.
I would like to thank the staff for your great customer service. My daughter had a wonderful time. Waiter Mark and an AA young lady helped me with the cake and balloons. I was very satisfied with the customer service. Great job Red Robin!??I am sorry I don't remember her name, but her sense of urgency and kindness was greatly appreciated. Thanks again. I shall patronize Red Robin in the future.
Food was pretty good. Service was great. Sawyer was the host and he was so friendly and amazing! I can't even remember the server's name but he was great. Sawyer stood out, though, with his congeniality and absolute friendliness. Definitely will be back for lunch when I'm at the office!!
What I ordered vs what I actually received. We were in Huntsville just for the day so figured we'd go to red robin since everyone liked their food. This was extremely disappointing, all the food was soggy like it had been sitting for awhile, had to ask 3 times for drink refills. When we talked to our waiter about the issues he seemed very dismissive...extremely disappointed and can't wait to get back to our red robin in Michigan.
We were very disappointed with our experience at Red Robin tonight (04/26/22).There were 6 of us ( 3 kids, 3 adults) and it definitely seemed like the restaurant was short on staff.Our server was polite and attentive but my order arrived 5 minutes before anybody else’s. It came even before the appetizer.When the rest of the orders arrived, the food was almost cold so we are guessing they got done at the same time as mine but were brought to the table later,My burger tasted bitter and I decided to look inside. Both the bun and the meat were pretty burned. Our server offered to bring a new one but I didn’t take him up on the offer.He took off the charge so he made it right but we all thought the quality of the food just left something to desire for.
