My friend and I go here quite a bit and have never had any complaints! The service is always wonderful, and the food comes out quickly. We usually sit in the bar area, and typically have the same server. He is always extremely kind and attentive, and is definitely a pleasure to have waiting on us. I've been to other Red Robins in other cities, and this one is definitely the best that I've been to. I also love the free birthday burger that you get when you sign up for their rewards program. I highly recommend going!going!
Started with our waitress being on "a break" after a large birthday party she was waitress of. Drinks arrived quickly, food order to to far behind. That is when issues happen. My husband's guacamole burger, did not have guacamole, my lettuce wrap burger was nothing but hard end pieces of lettuce with so much mustard and mayo you couldn't possibly keep it together. After 3 attempts we finally got our waitress and things improved. My burger was still remade with little improvement in the lettuce but so much mustard and mayo I barely could eat it with a fork and knife. Positive note, our grandson really enjoyed his chicken tenders and oranges and our fries. The manager graciously removed my meal from the cost and our waitress was very sweet and helpful.
If you got about $15-20 per adult and you want one of the best burgers in town, Red Robins is the place to go. Everytime I go, I never have any complaints, burger cooked as I asked and fries never undercooked nor burnt. I absolutely love Red Robins.
Food was good, service was good. Drinks were not. Dr. Pepper was flat and the mix drink I got was straight alcohol. If I wanted a shot with ice I would have ordered that. Other than that it was good.
Went in on a Sunday night around 8pm to celebrate finishing up my master's classes for the semester. My party consisted of myself, my wife, and my 11 month old son. We were told by the hostess to give them 5-10mins to clean off a table, which was no big deal. After 20-25mins and them seating several groups that came in after us, I asked what was going on. I was then told "since you have a child, you have to sit in the children's section and that waitress is currently full so we don't have anywhere to sit you right now. Will probably be another 10mins or so." I guess families with children have to be segregated from the rest of the restaurant so they aren't a problem. Didn't realize we were going to disturb the other 8-10 patrons dining that night, although my child was sitting there playing with his toys not making a sound. We left embarrassed and hurt. So be aware, if you have children, this particular location apparently doesn't want your business.Update: Reached out to the email address given by the company below to get clarification about the child only section. Got the generic "We forwarded your comments to the general manager at the location." So yeah, no resolution obviously.
The food is OK. The service? It's about 50-50 if you will get a good waitress. What really put me off is the time I went and the hostess(?) and waiters were too busy playing with their phones to seat us. We left after 5 minutes.
Great atmosphere, service and food ! Just tried the Smokehouse Bbq Brisket Burger and the Bbq Brisket Chips appetizer ! Awesome !
It had been a few months since I ate at a Red Robin. I occasionally have a craving for a hamburger and it is within walking distance and decided on another visit. The hostess was very friendly. We asked for a booth and were seated in a booth for two. In hindsight, I should have asked for one of the large booths as it was a late lunch and plenty of them were available. The top was very crowded with two people in such a small booth which was uncomfortable. There are plenty of ways to order a hamburger or cheeseburger. I opted for a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise only—not very adventurous but I came for traditional American hamburger and it was available. I could have ordered for one without the cheese but there were several varieties of cheese available. The burger came with unlimited french fries. Be careful of this option. They seem like frozen fries that have just been cooked (not potatoes cut up in the restaurant) but they taste good. One order should be enough for anyone. No doubt, many people do go for a second helping as there is not an extra charge.Broccoli is also available instead of the fries and probably a healthier—but less popular—option to go with a burger or other sandwich.I have only tried the hamburgers here. A number of other sandwiches are also available.Red Robin is more comfortable than the more common hamburger restaurants and it is not necessary to order at the counter. It is more expensive than a Hardee's or McDonald's but ambiance and service is a step above as well. So, overall, Red Robin offers tasty food at a reasonable price and in a comfortable atmosphere. For those looking for a tasty hamburger, that is less expensive but perhaps not the same quality as the $18 burger at an expensive restaurant, this is a good choice.
Sigh.. once upon a Time I would have written epic compliments about Red Robin but oh how the mighty have fallen.I've been going to Red Robin restaurants since living in the Pacific Northwest where I was first introduced to them well over 20 years ago. Portions were always substantial, service was always friendly and there was value for the cost.Since COVID ravaged many restaurants and service industry businesses, the Jones Valley Red Robin has struggled. Portions appear to have been reduced in size. I purchased the ultimate cheeseburger combination a little over $13. The burger was small and I probably could have gone to either Wendy's or five guys and gotten a much larger portion for the same price. I do want to extend a compliment to the bartender/waitress who cared for my table. While staffing is limited She tried her very hardest to keep up with patrons in the bar and several tables that she was assigned outside of the bar. Will I go back? Potentially
The burgers were delicious. Juicy and made just right. Our server was perfect. Really glad we chose Red Robin! We'll be back soon.
