fantastic meal I had for my birthday here and six family members on a weeknight around 5:00 p.m. . food was great and service was awesome
The food was prepared well, except I do not advise the brussel sprouts as a side dish. Instead of parboiling and then heating in the oven just before serving, they broil in the oven and they come out dry and tasteless.Our server, Joe was completely on his game. We had 12 people and he nearly did everything perfectly. Our drinks, the ordering, the service, and getting checks out to everyone. We were all very satisfied.
Everyone here was really nice.The first table we sat at had water dripping from the overhead HVAC duct. Luckily they weren’t busy so we were able to move when we pointed that out.Most of the food came out pretty good except for the chicken fingers. Those had obviously been sitting for a while and were hard and dry.The drinks were all good and came out quickly.All in all a pretty good visit but they need to look into that drip because that can cause mold in the ceiling and be very unsanitary dripping on customers or in their food and they need to put the same care into chicken fingers that they do everything else.
Food was alright. Fresh and was nice. Server was really professional and service was quick. Restaurant could have been a bit cleaner but overall good experience!
I couldn't get the entree I wanted because we had to wait 35 mins to be seated and then wait on a server to get our order. We'll of course it was 3:03 when the a server came to get order so I couldn't get the entree I wanted because the lunch menu ended at 3. I asked to speak to a manager but he wouldn't come out and talk to me so I left my number. That was Tues 5/24/22 and it's Sunday. I still haven't heard from him.

I use to love red lobster but I found myself at a place that has lost their touch with customer service and food quality. I was here a week ago and I ordered the endless shrimp... Very excited because I love shrimp. And I ordered my daughter popcorn shrimp. First of all, the endless shrimp wasn't endless.. it took them 25 mins or more to bring out shrimp.... And it does not take that long to cook it. Then the shrimp taste dry and hard.. my food came out before my daughter's food. Then the waiter was very nonchalant and rude.. when asked where we're my shrimp he told me.. in the kitchen.. and I had no refills and no biscuits. When the manager was approached about this issue he said.. oh well the kitchen is backed up... But it wasn't even busy that night at all. Let's just say I won't be coming back to this one at all.
Waited 35 minutes for my order I placed an hour ahead of the scheduled pick up time. Was advised they couldn’t find my order after I had to go back inside to ask about it instead of waiting in the hot car. Finally we get the order and the food is cold!! The guy who helped was friendly and attentive but the female couldnt care less and didn’t did nothing the entire interaction.
