Went straight to the bar. Asked for a double Tito’s. He free poured 2 ounces. After I said something about it he used a jigger and showed me it was 2 ounces. Unless this bar is different from every other bar I’ve ever been too, they consider a shot, 1 oz and Not the traditional 1 and a quarter. He gave me what we call in the mixologist world a rocks pour. Rocks pour is 2 ounces. Train your bartenders. A double should be 3 fluid ounces. Not 2.

Can't go wrong with friendly folks like Timmy and Hannah behind the bar! They gave me some suggestions, and when I chose my drink ? Timmy made sure it was to my liking before finishing up. Great job ?

Very good service and the bartenders are cool

Nice bar. Not a great ipa selection.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon and bought two beers. Other than being expensive ($10 each) they were good. What was not good was the extra $15 that hit my credit card at 12:30pm that same night, long after we had left. I tried to reach them using phone numbers listed in Google and Facebook, neither of which worked. I also tried Messenger and got no response. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. My advice is to check your charges closely if you visit them. Which I will not be doing in the future.Update to Pourhouse response: Thanks for finally responding, but you missed the mark on this one. I understand the pre-authorization process and this was not the case. First of all, the entire, correct amount hit my card first - $23.80 on May 27, 03:59 PM CT. I did not open a tab, and completed this one purchase immediately. The second, questionable charge then hit my card for $15.24 on May 27, at 11:29 PM CT – a very long time after we had departed Stovehouse. This second charge was never reversed by Pourhouse, even now, three full weeks later. Thankfully my credit card issuer has credited it to our account as a disputed charge. If you have a more plausible explanation I am open to hear it.

Great place if you ever catch them when they are open.

Fantastic selection of local beers, very clean and the staff was knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. Will definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

Good very very good. Waitress was nice and awesome and the beer was really great. Had the red on tap. Love reds. They had a good selection on tap and alot of beer in a can also. Pretty good looking building and there is a roof bar. But didn't sit up there. Wish I did though. Ah well.

Had a great time here. Our bartender was super nice I wish I was better about remembering names. I'm pretty sure they have six draft taps so a bit small. Pours where only $6 though. When I was there they had a tap takeover those are always fun. Don't know how often they do tap takeovers but if they'd post on Instagram I'd be sure to swing over there.

If you want a drink while enjoying Stove House, this is your option. The tap list is small but that's alright when there is good variety. The bartenders were super nice. Grab a drink and enjoy stovehouse!
