Super friendly service and they were quick too. Had a fairly large ordered and they handled it with ease. My hats off to this location for handling business. Love that cajun spice!
Food was really hot and fresh. Barely gave me any fries with my meal but it was still really good
Order online they said, it'll be more efficient they said. Oh, wait, but the lobby is randomly closed on a Friday evening. Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want one of your two children's chicken sandwiches to be randomly changed to spicy? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want your popcorn shrimp subbed to regular tails on fried? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want your coleslaw to be spoiled and sour? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want to wait in the drive through line for 44 minutes waiting for this horrendously messed up online order?Don't you dare read this and still make the mistake I made.
Our order of macaroni was burned to the crisp so dry we couldn't even eat it. I had heard such great things about their macaroni I guess I'll never know
Had to wait awhile.. but I got hot fresh shrimp with sides.. double order @ that. Free food coupon on back of receipt. It's a win... Win!
Service is terrible now..the oil is clearly old and needs to be changed more often! We use to love the food and service at the Madison AL location but not anymore..that location needs change quickly! We've also been over charged multiple times..when inquired nothing changed...not planning to return to that particular location

I was craving for Popeyes. Did not disappoint but portions could have been better. Bathroom was OK but no paper towels.
Always an issue when ordering from this location. I prefer the one on Jordan Lane but it was out of the way. To sum it up, my order was completely wrong and I had to pull up and wait for warm food. Not impressed at all.
Love that chicken from Popeye's! I'm impressed that, even in this employment environment, they manage to maintain a friendly, helpful and professional staff! No small feat in this industry!
