Used the restroom before going through the drive through and there was one customer in the store. Waited 20 minutes to order, with one car ahead of me. I figured they were taking that time to catch up, shift change, short staffed, whatever. Got my food cold, hard, dry and old
Over the last two visits which happen to be back to back visits I ordered the 12 piece family pack and once again and for the second time only getting 11 pieces.The standard is 3 breast, 3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 wings.For the second time I received 3 breast, 4 legs and 4 wings. I piece short again and no thighs.Not to mention the size of the pieces of chicken very very young small chickens no bigger then that of a Cornish hen. Get your act together or you will lose another Popeyes fan.
THE OWNER NEEDS TO HONOR AT LEAST SOME OF THE PROMOTIONS. WE ARE PATRONS OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. APPRECIATE US AND SHOW IT!
The drive thru line is always long! I think AL loves Popeyes.. I always go in for speedy service. There is never a line on the inside.. They are always polite and get your order right out. I love Popeyes too lol
5-30-2022 Apparently Popeyes no longer serves chicken livers - at least here in north Alabama. Darn it, I really had my taste buds primed and ready for them. Nevertheless the food was delicious, the restaurant clean and the employees competent and polite.
Got there at opening. Had to wait for our chicken. Ordered chicken sandwiches. They're excellent m worth the wait.
North Huntsville has the best staff and freshest food.They are perfect everytime.
This popeyes was out of everything except bone in regular and spicy chicken. Only side they had available was fries.I would have guessed since it was all they had left on the menu it would have been fresh but when we received the chicken it was pretty clear it had been sitting around for an hour under a heat lamp.I've had popeyes before and they are usually pretty good but this location just doesn't seem to be on their game.
Just about every review is conplaini g about the long DT line, if you want it soon tha. 25-30 minutes then go inside. I ordered a 8pc family meal, the chicken was freshly cooked, the red beans & rice was hot not, the rice wasn't dry. The biscuits were fresh also. They were out of gallon jugs & large cups but that okay, I got medium no biggy. I always forget about this location & end up drivong to Jordan Lane, this location is a little better from my other experiences at the JordanLane location.
Food was good as always. Don't hit the drive through at 5:30 PM though....had a 30 min wait even with a mobile order. Should have picked up at the counter.
