This was a special treat for myself, as my husband is very allergic to shellfish. I haven't had shellfish like this in over 10 years. It was everything I remembered it being. I went during happy hour and got some really good appetizers. I ordered the low country boil and it was heavenly. Well worth the ungodly amount of sanitizing and teeth brushing that will come next in order not to kill my husband.
First experience with Pier 88 and omg. Best seafood I’ve had in a really long time. Everything was great! The food, customer service, overall experience was a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back! :)
We have lived in the area for about 3 yrs and this was our first time trying Pier 88. I was pleasantly surprised. I will start with our waitress, Tinashe. She was absolutely fabulous. She took our drinks and asked us if we had any questions. We didn't at that time and she took our wings order. (Great wings BTW) After looking the menu over and ready to order she did tell us what Pier 88 seasoning was. My husband had the shrimp po boy with cajun fries. He enjoyed his choice, his only issue was too much bread. With that being said he isn't a bread person and I tried it and it was fabulous. (Fresh) I had the fried fish basket with cajun fries. What is so nice is that you are able to mix it up. So I had 2 fried tilapia/2 chicken tenders. Both were fabulous. And I absolutely Loved, Loved, Loved the tartar sauce for the fish. I am not a seafood person outside of fried fish and clams but the rest of my family is and we will be back for them to have one of the boils. Great service & great food. We will definitely be back.
Exactly the restaurant I was looking for - fresh oysters, fried shrimp, boiled crayfish. Excellent friendly and attentive customer service, perfectly prepared and seasoned food, excellent experience overall, will definitely patronize again. Highly recommended!
Our waitress was really nice (Madi), great customer service! Our food was amazing, drinks were Yum, and service was fast! I will be coming back! Lemon pepper wings Yum!!??
The best crab we have eaten! The service was great! The appetizer was great, but the crab was phenomenal. Highly recommend. Exceeded our expectations!
Food and service was great! We had shrimp, oysters, mushrooms, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cheesecake with strawberry drizzle. If you come, ask for DEE!!! She's the best!!!

For a seafood place it was slightly above average. Next time I would sub the chicken for the fried oysters on the combo. The fried Tilapia was awesome. Service was excellent. Our server, Taylor, was great and handled our party of 8 like a pro. Much respect to the restaurant workers
