Peppered Pig is a god tier food truck. You cannot beat the Bulgogi Burger. It's fusion food, perfectly balanced. Right amount of kimchi, mayo, bulgogi sauce, scallions, and that amazingly crispy rice patty. The other burgers and sandwiches are great too, but it's hard to beat the bulgogi for creativity and taste.
My burger was dry. Was hoping for juiciness. The fries just remind me of frozen. The seasoned are tasty.

I was leery of how many good reviews this food truck had. Then I tried their food, and totally understood why the reviews are so good. Their smoked bacon and burgers are fantastic. I got a burger with bacon, shredded pork and a burger patty with all the fixings, would gladly enjoy another dozen of that delicious burger and promptly die from heart disease, worth it.
Burger was huge and really tasty. I typically don’t like crinkle cut fries but the fries were really good as well. Will defiantly be back to try something new next time. Excited for the restaurant to open just because it is closer to the house.
I ate cheesy fries. Best thing ever! My family had country boy. Loved it!
