What a total waste! This Panera is the pits!!! On a Saturday morning I visited and 4, THAT’s FOUR, of the five food items I requested were not available even though samples were obviously displayed in the case. Absolutely unacceptable there was NO fresh fruit! This is the height of summer fruits. Cannot be an issue for a lack of supply. GO TO THE FARMERS MARKET IF YOU ARE OUT! Panera business is based on fresh (mostly) healthy food. Right? NOT THIS LOCATION! So dissatisfied. We walked out.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was soo good and I got it fast! The young lady who took my order (her name was Kylie) was so sweet and got my order in fast! They are very low on staff so please remember to be nice to your workers!! Definitely will be coming back here again!!!

Panera is great with some Healthy options on the menu. Most employees are friendly and nice. The kitchen people can be a bit different thou. Its a overall great breakfast and lunch option thou.

We arrived 5 minutes before they closed, but they still cheerfully took our order and served our food (to go) with a smile. Great hospitality service.

Kiosk it didn't work right, out of an ingredient for the salad, received a text stating that my food was ready for pickup, but when I went to get it it wasn't there. Waited quite a while for someone to acknowledge me, and then they told me somebody else walked off with my food and out the door. The person brought back the food, and I watched as the manager smashed it into the trash can. She told her staff to make me another right away, which they did, and they got my order wrong. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy and none of the staff seemed to care.

Bridge St. Panera Bread with another wrong order. We asked for no garlic aioli and no ice. Received garlic aioli and ice. Called the cafe PRIOR to the order and spoke to a young lady who assured me my order would be correct. Don't blame it on Doordash driver either. They don't prepare the food and the bag was sealed by the way. Don't bother calling to complain they are too busy messing up your order too.

This location likes to mark orders as done before they are done so their speed of service will look good. Have ordered twice at this location and both times had to wait more than 5 minutes for an order that was "done". It doesn't take 5 minutes to grab a croissant and a drink cup. The General Manager was informed of this and just said "we're busy".

This location at Bridge Street doesn't pay attention to even the most basic of requests. Look at the order receipt. No ice was placed on the order receipt in FOUR SEPARATE AREAS yet I still received a LARGE DRINK FILLED WITH ICE. They simply don't care. And it shows. See the BURNT CHEESE PIZZA. No tortillas chips for the soup.I called corporate and sent the photos ASAP. I also called the restaurant and spoke to Will. He was nice but seemed preoccupied when I spoke to him about this incorrect order in a series of past incorrect orders. He will use it as a "coaching session". I think Panera Bread needs to terminate the employment of employees who cannot grasp that basic concept of not placing ICE in a drink when the customer has requested not to place ice in the drink.I would recommend you take photos immediately of incorrect orders and call corporate. It will take a village in Huntsville for Panera Bread to eventually hold their employees accountable for making incorrect orders. I posted 5 photos.

I have been to this location 4 times and everytime I have questioned that decision. The food is okay at best, staff is always disorganized, and 3 of 4 times they had run out of a food or a condiment when we arrived. It's frustrating to throw money in the garbage in location. Find another Panera, i.e. Bridge Street, if you like the food. I have nothing against the brand, just this location has sloppy management at best.
