Good food. Loves the variety. Easy to order and fast!People can moan- some employees may not speak much English but they want to help. Please understand the pandemic and staff shortages.
Every single time my husband and I come to this location, they are always out of this, this and this! It’s so annoying. Supposedly, they close at 8:30p, but it’s like they close at 7:40 or so. Please, chance the time if you will be out of foot so early. There is something off with this location, the quality is not the same!!! The foot looks different and nothing like the other ones. I hope they do something about it!
5/11/22 I've been in Huntsville almost 15 yrs and can count on 1 hand how many times I've eaten here and will never eat anything from Panda Express again. Something is definitely up with the Teriyaki chicken. The texture is too soft and just doesn't taste or look like real chicken. Infact, I don't believe it is chicken. If you eat this, stay pretty close to a bathroom.
So I guess the staff CAN NOT read an order. I ordered white steamed rice. But what I got was fried rice! Learn to read an order correctly!
Was given super dry noodles in place of rice. Ordered teriyaki chicken did not receive any teriyaki sauce. Was told it was my responsibility to ask for it. How was I expected to know that and why???? If you order teriyaki you should get the sauce. There are fortune cookie bags with no cookies in them. No attention to detail and blame the customer. Sigh...
I stopped at the Panda Express at the Gadsden location the sesame chicken was dried and even the chicken Eggroll was burnt it looks like it’s been seating there for a long time, the water smelled like doodoo. I highly don’t recommend this place, I would rather go to McDonald’s.
The people are very nice here, Sherlyn helped us! Thank you! The food was good, not hot, and that goes into this next concern here... right when you order, please notice the state inspection sheet by the rice. 85/100 is horrible. Please correct!
I came thru the drive through yesterday. I was given a gift card for my birthday. Before I went to the restaurant I checked the balance(never been used). So I hand the gift card over & they tell me that it was no money on the gift card! Pulled off money on the gift card of course I paid cash. I said all of this to say this, if you aren't sure/ don't know what your doing ask someone. Don't mane a statement until your sure!
It's decent, but you could get higher-quality food elsewhere and eat it off a real plate with chop sticks for the same price. I've never had an incredible experience here, nor have I had a horrible one.
Terrible place to eat if your really hungry,it called Panda Express for a reason and waited 20 minutes just for the vegetables.Employee Mahyra name trying to be funny when I came to get the orders talking about she don’t work in the windows drive thru.Of course I came in and ask if the food is ready after waited outside for 20 minutes and guess what they just started cooking the vegetables when I came in.And the employee named Mahyra spoke in her language (Hispanic) and laugh,unpredictable and very unprofessional.
