I’ve been eating at this location for years and the last time I was in I had the privilege of having Kenzie take of my family and I. I just want to say she is the most amazing person I’ve ever the honor of meeting. She was very nice very attentive and always made sure we were taken cafe of this was an amazing experience and I will be back. If you guys have an employee of the YEAR she deserves it!
Best staff around!! My Dad is 98 years old and they make him feel special every time we come, which is every Sunday. From the hostess, to the busboy, and waitress. Mackenzie is our waitress and bartender every Sunday, and she has his order at the table right after we sit down, because she remembers all of his favorites that he orders each week. We could not have a better experience or nicer waitress and staff anywhere!!
I went to the Whitesburg location for lunch on Thursday. Our waitress Jamie S. was so professional. She seated me promptly. She was very tentative and she took my order quickly. I will give her 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. I think that when I go back I will ask for her again.
I went to Outback Steakhouse at Whitesburg Drive, this past weekend, had a wonderful Waitress Jamie. She was very pleasant, very attentive and brought our food out on time and hot.
Poor service and the price was insane. There were four of us (myself and three 13 year olds) ordering lunch (it was 1pm). We had two regular sized steaks, one grilled chicken salad, and one chicken strip meal. The bill was $94!!! It was my first and last visit to the Huntsville outback. Texas Roadhouse is much more reasonable and better service
Great service is still alive! We stopped in for lunch and our hostess and server were fantastic. Here's the kicker; the hostess noticed me glancing about for my server, who had just been there. I wanted a refill and some doggie boxes and forgot to ask them. I think the hostess was on her break, but she saw me glancing, came over, asked if she could help, and immediately took GREAT care of us! Pandemic has beaten us all up. But great people who care about their work and their customers are still around. At least they are at this place.
Good food prepared right my son wanted to go there for his birthday. Only thing .y wife had the staff that were having a very loud gab feast to quiet down, my son and I wanted to handle. It very much different...but She was more kinder than we wold have been. The five stars was for the food.We will take a while to go back to this public service steakhouse.
Never have I had a better steak, kudos to the 17year old chef. 5 stars to the chef and the bartender/waitress.
We arrived at 3:15pm, so as to beat the crowds for early dinner. Place wasn't full by any means, but we were told the wait was 45 minutes. We found a place at the bar instead. We saw many tables open, and so not sure why there was a long wait (staffing?).The Service at the bar was very good, no complaints at all. Cocktail for my wife was very good, and my beer was cold. The steaks were a bit disappointing - my wife's 6oz filet looked like a hamburger patty (thin and flat) a D just a little over cooked. She said it tasted good, so I didn't say anything to the staff. The steak I ordered was supposed to be their largest Bone-In Ribeye at 18oz. This steak showed up thin cut also. For their pictures on the menu, I expected a larger thick cut steak, almost like a Tomahawk. Needless to say I was disappointed when it arrived. It was cooked per my order (Medium) and it tasted good, so again I didn't complain.I also don't like the way their bar is constructed for eating a meal. It has a wide-slope outside trim piece that keeps your plate a ways from you. To compensate for this, they have a TV tray (of sorts) that straddles this trim and bring your plate closer to you. However this tray leans towards you keeping your plate angled towards you, so if you aren't careful your plate will slide and end up in your lap, not the best design so be extra careful. At the end of our meal, we decided to use the restroom, bad idea for my wife. She said it wasn't clean at all. There mens room wasn't horrible, but overall they really needed to be cleaned. The main reasons for Three Stars, were because of the disappointment in our steaks and the bathrooms, otherwise the meal was tasty and the service was very good.
24Feb Update. Again no ranch with cheese fries. Why do you have to ask for it? Also, on the app, it has option to unclick the ranch. Missing chives, butter, and sour cream on bake potato. Also there was no bread. Outback really needs to look at their takeout process.Average experience compared to other times we have eaten here. One mishap is the server or maybe the cook did my steak well done and my wife medium well instead of the other way around. Server was average compared to others we have had here. Also the dine in cheese fries were a lot better portions than take out cheese fries.
