They ran completely out of things by 5pm. No lettuce, no queso, no steak. Unfriendly service. This was also the nastiest fast food resturant I've ever been in. Food was everywhere in the floor. Trash was overflowing out of the cans. There wasn't enough seating for people to eat inside at that time, but they had boxes stored in two booths in the back. I don't see how this place scored a 91 on their health rating, but if they were checked today, that would not be the score they would receive. I feel like they skimp by because they are at bridgestreet and people don't have a lot of fast options to choose from. If this is the best Moe's southwest can offer, I hope they move out and bridgestreet gets a restaurant with some standards in.

The employees working the line are awesome. Food tasted great. The problem was the cashier with the horrible eye shadow and cheap hair on her head with no hair net, her attitude was so nasty and she made me want to punch her in the face. I asked her about toilet tissue for the restroom and she act as if I was bothering her as she continued to look at me with a glazes look in her eyes… Not sure if she didn’t take her meds that day or she needs meds, but I hope she takes a customer service class!!!!!

So dirty!!! Food all mixed together in the canisters. Counter top at cash register was so filthy old receipts all over it along with spills. Employee at register chewing on a straw looked super unhappy. Got to the drink station- lids scattered and empty. Only two options for drinks out of the freestyle machine. Floors and tables were so dirty I couldn’t even eat the food. ? ?

Horrible experience and this isn’t the first I’ve had here. I went in to use a free burrito I had received from the rewards app for my birthday, and it’s an all around bad experience. They seemed to be out of everything on the line (no idea if there was more in the back because no one bothered to check). I have more ingredients I didn’t ask for on my burrito than the ones I did. The staff mumbled everything they said so I had to guess my answers and it seemed like my presence was the biggest inconvenience to them in the world so it was hard to even ask for things. So glad I had the reward so at least I didn’t have to pay for this experience!

We were the first customers in! They were very disorganized, garbage still not taken out from the day before. Some staff were friendly and others were rude and had air pods in and couldn’t hear me when giving my order. The come machine was half useless with no flavors. The food was good though.

As a former employee of moes this was the most unhygienic moes I’ve ever been to!! It would make sense if it was insanely busy and short staffed but it was literally just me in the restaurant with 4 workers in it. The food was still bussin, and the guy who made it was nice! but MAN the lobby was disgusting. The drink machine needs to be deep cleaned soooooo bad. Trash everywhere all over the tables, floor was mad sticky too. Smh do better people!

Atypical for Moe's. Just didn't seem clean. Half the restaurant was closed off. Employees were friendly and the food was just ok- disappointed in the nachos.

Yep same here. Rude employees and is dirty. 85 rating for health score. Anything below a 90 is not safe!!! See for yourself in store.

Rude staff, disgusting inside, bathroom had the sink clogged with water running in it, dinning room had chips and trash scattered all over the floor. Do not recommend

We get takeout at least 2 x per week. It is one of the least expensive places at Bridge Street, so is always busy. Lately they have been understaffed and sometimes missing our favorites, so please be patient. I applaud thr hardworking crew!
