Heard good things, so visited today for lunch. The waitress was nice and sushi presentation was impressive. A bit pricey, but the restaurant had a steady flow of customers, so I figured -- why not splurge a little. All was going well and I was pretty pleased until the sushi chef snorted and spit in what I assume/hope was a trash can near the preparation area. Whole experience ruined. I wish I could say I'd go back, but I don't think I'll be able to get past that image.
One of the best Japanese restaurants in town! I would definitely recommend to everyone to come in an try it! The staff is friendly and food came out quick and be sure to come on an empty stomach!
Parking is really tricky here. I couldn't find anything in front or in the back and had to drive around a decent bit. The sushi was pretty good, but the miso soup was a bit too salty for my taste. (Personal preference) The lunch special is a really good deal though.
Wonderful Sushi! Loved our experience here. We tried the Seafood delight, Manhattan, New York, and the Hot Mama Roll. Loved it and would highly recommend it!
Their sushi is made with fish paste. Fish paste is growing in popularity. 4 leaves does this too. I order 8 piece sushi rolls of tuna, yellow tail, and salmon. The sushi rolls don't contain pieces of fish. They are made with paste with the consistency of tooth paste. Its horrible. I<3sushi doesn't do this for comparison so I will continue to go there. I never go back to a sushi restaurant that uses fish paste, and Miyakos is now one of those as well as 4 Leaves. If you like fish paste then more power to you, but not me. I like actual cuts of fish, not blended up fish guts. This is the McDonald's chicken nuggets of sushi.
This restaurant is a gem in Huntsville. The food is delicious. The restaurant is impeccably clean and attention to detail meticulous. Spaces for corporate groups available. The chefs prepare delicious and artistic creations. That is a very rare quality in the South. This may be the very best kept secret in Huntsville. Definitely the best Japanese cuisine in N. AL. Go check it out.

Love their Love Boat option for date night along with some other delicious sashimi, always fresh fish with great variety and brilliant taste. Incredible fried Gyoza as well! Love it!
It kind of blows my mind to find this in Huntsville Alabama. And in a working-class section of Huntsville at that. This place is great. I mean seriously it's great. At least in terms of the food. The service is decent but everything here tastes fantastic. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
Good selection of sushi and other Japanese dishes. Unlike your usual strip mall Chinese place, I feel comfortable trying something different every time. Haven’t ate in, but the restaurant looks clean too.
