Went last night for a late dinner. The food was amazing as always !! I had the house special pizza & substituted the red sauce for the olive oil & garlic. My go to is the Holy Shiitake, but I thought I'd try something different, & I wasn't disappointed. I also had the magic mushroom soup for the first time; it was pretty good & I will order it again. Many beer options to choose from?. The atmosphere was very mellow ( forgive the pun ? ) and the staff were very friendly. My server Rachel was great & provided spot on service. This is a great place to come mellow out ? and enjoy great food & service ???
Gluten Free Pizza and options! Cost for GF crust is extra.Mellow Mushroom is one of the best restaurants around. We love the atmosphere and all their food is amazing including their burgers.Sometimes food can take a while and like many places in 2022 they are understaffed. Don't expect a fast turnaround on food. For a family of 5 expect to spend on average $15 per person.
My husband and I dined here for the first time this evening. Everything from the food to the service was truly exceptional. Kudos to Justin for being so patient, friendly, and attentive. He definitely made our experience that much more enjoyable. We ordered the Cloud 9 wings and caesar pizza. Both were delicious!
Been here several times. It's been great every time but last time was especially good with a waiter that did her job impressively good. Not only does the restaurant itself have an impressive amount of options including a vegan cheese for the pizza that even my non vegan brother loves, but our waiter went out of her way to ask questions and double check any dietary restrictions or preferences of anyone at the table was respected, always kept our drinks filled, asked if we needed a take out box when we started looking stuffed before we even started trying to flag her down for one, everything you could want from a waiter and then some.I'm not one to ask much out of waiters at all, I know they have a lot of stress on them so I'm always pretty patient and tolerant even if they're a bit rude but here and this last visit especially have been rather impressive. Whenever I'm in the area and looking for a good dinner, this will probably be my favorite go-to every time for the foreseeable future.
This was the coolest place me and babe have ever eaten at. The people there were spo cool and nice ans love dme snd babes outfits lol I feel like we made friends only being there once. Really great food and environment
We had been to a Mellow Mushroom before, but not this location. Even though it was crowded, we were seated quickly and our food came out in a timely manner. Great pizza as always!
Our first pizza was swimming in sauce so we asked for a replacement- which didn’t please the waitress. The next pizza came and had obviously sat in the oven at least five minutes to long - BURNT! The waitress didn’t even bother to come back and check on us ( waitressing 101 ). When she finally came back she obviously knew we didn’t eat either of the pizza’s and simply asked if we wanted a box? Hell no, we wanted to eat Mellow Mushroom pizza. I would NOT recommend this location.
We missed this pizza place from TN and so thankful we found it again while in AL! As always, great food, drinks and service. Our waitress took time to engage all of us, including the kids and she was very prompt in most everything. Great flavors all the way around. Great kid's menu as well.
This location is our favorite location. They have the best food, always great. Good choice of beers too. Love the atmosphere of the place. Great murals and other decorations. The staff is always friendly.
I ordered the Holy Shiitake Pie, which was delicious as always, and my husband had a steak and cheese calzone, which he said was excellent. Leann was our server and she was fantastic, really attentive and thorough. I always love the atmosphere at Mellow Mushroom, and wish I dined there more often! It's so good!
