Currently they are a little short staffed so be kind to the ones that show up. However fries are sometimes cold through the drive-thru. Hope the next time a good I can change this rating.
Not a very friendly crew. Ordered online and waited 25 minutes inside until I decided to go up and ask if my order went through. Worker in the front rolled her eyes and continued to do what she was doing. I waited another 10 minutes until my order was ready. A different worker brought the order to the counter and I asked if it was mine and she rudely said “that’s what I said right” I then told her that she forgot my drink and she angrily grabbed a cup and slammed it on the counter.I was very uncomfortable so I didn’t even check the bag of food until I got back to work. Opened it up and they had my order wrong. It was a big Mac but I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon.I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience.
At the right place at the right time. Got the free Caramel Frappe free, woot woot... lovein it! Love there 1$ lg sweet tea as well.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheese burger and a crispy chicken combo. Asked for no pickles, got no pickle, but it was just picked off with most of the cheese as well. Had to go somewhere else to eat because I can't eat pickles. Thank there Ronald McDonald!?
The staff was really nice but I ordered a 4 PC chicken nugget and literally got a box of sauce. like what? I’m sad because I was having such a craving and got a box of SAUCE.
Terrible customer service yet again. This was our final attempt at giving this location chances. (Previously no meat on the bun, 8-10 fries for a large order, sprite that was water. Of course all after we arrived home 20 minutes away and didn’t know these facts.) This visit we arrived at 11:15. Advertised to be open until 12 and drive thru and back inside lights lit up. Waited in the line and at the speaker for 25 minutes to just be ignored just like the many cars in front of us (7-8) that left the line after a long wait due to no one addressing them. If you don’t want to work, then you shouldn’t be there or anywhere else for that matter. If you don’t want to to cook more food, then don’t work at a resturant. If you don’t want to work in the service industry then don’t work in customer service. I know “good” help is very hard to find now but whoever is managing and owns this location really needs a reality check or you are going to be losing more and more business with all of these bad reviews over the past many months.
Placed a mobile order for take out (over $20). Doors were locked so we had to do drive thru, which would have been ok but we were in the drive thru (barely moving) for 45 minutes. When we *finally* got to the speaker, they said they didn’t have our order. Again, understandable, maybe there was a glitch in the system, etc etc. But after telling us that, we expected them to help us figure it out, or make it right, instead we were ignored at the speaker. We opted to drive off and park in order to not make anyone else wait. Eventually called the manager, it was made right, but our food was not fresh and we ended up being there for over an hour. No one, no matter how hungry, wants to be at a McDonald’s for an hour. Especially not for old food. Do better, please.
In all my years this was THE absolute worst experience that I’ve had at a McDonalds. I was in line at 5AM and sat there until 5:15AM and received no contact at the order speaker. There were cars behind me and beside me with no contact. There were employees inside but no one would make contact with anyone. Finally, at 5:23AM a voice comes over the speaker and tells me “We are closed”. I then asked “Do you not open at 5AM?” The employee laughed and said “Yeah, but we late today”.I hope Mike Gillies sees this comment because it’s not the way his restaurants are normally ran. The employees were extremely rude and could have cared less about the restaurant not being open or the customers in line.
Rude employees and terrible food!
Good experience. Most of the time short wait. A little bit short on fries.Update on 14Feb. Went back. Short on fries again. See pic. Fries were soggy and not crisp. Also asked for tap water but would cost $.27 cents. I will try Wendy’s next door next time.Update on 13Mar22: Short on fries again. Door to dining room locked. No sign on door. People obviously frustrated. Lowered to 1 star from 14Feb. Customers deserve better especially when they are taking time out of their busy schedule to go to McDonald’s.
