Right when I got it it was melted started when she was adding the stuff in it was super messy and not very good and I got this(cotton candy ice cream with m&ms marshmallow and marshmallow fluff) and my husband got a strawberry shake and neither was good and was almost $17 DONT RECCOMEND
This was my first time ordering an icecream cake from Marble Slab/Maggie Moo's. I requested pickup for today, June 17, 2022 at 11:15 am. The cake was for my daughter's birthday. I arrived at Bridge St. At 11:05 since the whole place opens at 11:00 am. When I got to the store, there were already a few families waiting outside. I thought that they were just relaxing on the seats but when I went to open the door, I found that it was locked. One of the couples said, "No one is there." The families left soon after that. 11:15 rolls around and still no one. My daughter and I walk around the mall for a few minutes but it's 95 degrees and too miserable. I called the number listed but no one answered. We end up sitting in front of the store and waiting. While I'm waiting I start looking up alternative stores that sell ice cream cakes since it looks like no one is showing up. At 11:45, a man walks past us, unlocks the door, walks in and locks it behind him. A few minutes later he opens the door, pokes his head out and says "Ya'll just picking up a cake? Cuz I can't make ice cream." I said yes and he let's us in, finds the cake and hands it to me. No, "Sorry for the wait", "We're understaffed" or anything. I havent even tried the ice cream cake yet but I won't be returning to this store.
I had a great experience going to Maggie Moo's! The team inside were very friendly and knowledgeable. I selected dark chocolate ice cream because it's chocolate. I love chocolate! The ice cream had a great consistency and flavor. I would definitely come back!

Very talented service, but card machine wasn't working one day and we had to find cash on us. Ice cream flavors were okay.

The service here was terrible. Normally a wonderful experience, but after not visiting for a few months the atmosphere has definitely changed. I also was unable to receive the military discount we’d usually receive as a family, seeing as though all of us have served/are currently serving. The attitudes were so poor. I am deeply saddened to say we will not be returning!
I used to love coming here. The ice cream is bland and the cone had no flavor at all
