Have been here twice before, as of June 2022 location seems to be doing pretty well. Most recent visit was with large group of kids during weekday around lunch time.Being new the place is still very clean and I don’t think there was a single game down for repair. I also saw a technician roaming the place servicing machines. Bowling lanes seem to be in good shape.Two things keep them from getting to five stars: the food is definitely just ok as far as bar food goes. Wings, tenders, and fries came out pretty cold even though the place was practically empty. The pizza is good if you are just trying to feed kids.Other challenges area is the employees seem to have about 3% motivation. I get that most employees at this type of spot aren’t here for a career just a paycheck but it was definitely pretty weak and a bummer when you come with a bunch of kids excited to be there.

Heard about this amazing place called Mainevent that fairly new to Huntsville, so with it being my birthday yesterday me and some friends decided to go check it out. When we arrived we were blown away by amazing the place looked and the staff was really nice. Jesse the manager came by to check on us and was really nice even told me Happy belated birthday. A few minutes later his send over a big fun sundae. This really made my night and we will most definitely be coming back real soon.
Fun location for families and people of all ages. There are many things to chose from. It is very busy on the weekends so plan ahead of time! Main Event is like Stars and Stripes but seems to have many more offerings.
We had the best time spending my daughter’s 8th bday here! All the staff was so helpful especially our designated party host! As parents of the birthday we didn’t have to do a single thing, Miss Jade went above and beyond to make sure each guest was taken care of and each child had a wonderful time!
Taking the kids out for the day. It was a great place for all of them. Between the arcade games, lazer tag, bowling, and the guide wire, there was enough there to keep the kids busy. They were really excited to choose something from the ticket counter, which had a really good selection of prizes. Every employee we had an interaction with was super nice and helpful.
This is a very fun place to take the family or have a date night. Everything seemed well maintained and workers were always present fixing the games. We have been there a couple of times and I was disappointed each time with the formal dining area. The servers were all standing around and tables were empty. They would not seat us. We did eat at the quick food section and the ladies there were wonderful and went above and beyond to serve us our food and check on us. Definitely made it a 5-star experience.All in all, it is a great place to go. Just needs improvement in the formal dinning area.
Great bar tender on Friday. But we went the other day on Saturday and never had a waitress or help had to order at the bar. Food was ok not the best.
We went the day after opening day it wasn't too busy and fun but it seemed like some of the employees would rather be on there phone texting then help us figure out where our bowling shoes go when we were done . We went today and celebrated my sons birthday the lady at the front , Harmony was so sweet & showed us where we could put our cake & stuff. Got a bowling lane and the bar lady wouldn't let us order a drink from her she said we needed to order from our server, 20 minutes later she finally came but she was really kind also I think red hair and was very friendly. I would say some of these employees need to learn how to talk to customers the others were great .
