I visited and sat at the bar because there was a wait fora table and I was alone and just wanted a steak. I ordered my steak Medium Rare. It came out Medium Well. The bartender agreed it was overcooked. I sent it back and the next one came out Medium Well or even well. This was a different food runner and he agreed it was overcooked. By a lot. The third one came out and it was cooked correctly. It was decent with regard to flavor, but other nearby steakhouses tend to have better flavor. When the bill came there was no adjustment to make up for the fact that I waited around an extra 45 minutes or so while they tried to get it right. That's fair in the sense that I ordered a steak, ate a steak, and paid for a steak. But as far as my experience goes, the experience was a huge waste of time. A manager never visited despite the two recooks. When I did the survey on the receipt I checked "yes" for someone to contact me. No one did. But the staff was generally friendly (although they didn't seem to care too much about the situation).

I was visiting Huntsville for a day trip with a friend of mine! We decided to go to LongHorn Steakhouse to have a steak! After getting in and looking at the menu, I decided that I would try something different.? I ordered the chop steak, cream potatoes and caesar salad. My friend ordered a hamburger and brussel sprouts. He said his food was good and the brussel sprouts was seasoned to perfection! My food was great! I didn't have any issues at all. The chop steak was magnificent! ??My server was wonderful! So, overall I was very satisfied with the entire experience!??

Great place for some western cookin'.. staff was friendly and got our meal quickly. A bit salty but that's everything in Alabama. Good stuff! Mac & Cheese is to die for!!!!!

Out for an early evening date with the wife. We ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms as appetizer, wife said they were some of the best we've ever gotten at a restaurant. Steaks were good as order and were delicious.

16 empty tables ( I counted), and over an hour and a half wait time ( we were told 45 mins when we added our name to the wait list) on a Sat at 6 pm. Ridiculous. Steak was cold, grilled shrimp was cold, not one drink refill and someone besides our waitress brought our order and half of it was missing. This place has gone downhill in the last two years. At 100$ spent, average, we won't be back.

Excellent flavor for brussel sprouts and salmon. Sizes for 10 oz salmon were right on target. (Not always true in the past.) Great experience talking to kitchen manager. Earnest and very responsive to customer requests! Glad they still do curbside . Sorry, will take photos next time.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Had a party of 10 and the staff was super accommodating. They listened to food allergies and got us seated in a timely manner. Food was incredible, I got the Flo's Fillet and it melted in my mouth. 10/10 will be going back.

We've eaten at countless Longhorn's in the past, in various states. Some good, most not. This one ranks among the "not". Our waiter was a nice older man. I knew better than to order a steak, but we were at Longhorn's and they are supposedly known for their good steaks. They ought to be sued for mis-representation. I had their sirloin and told him I wanted it medium. He repeated back to me how I wanted it. When I began cutting a piece off, I noted it was quite tough and very, very done. I won't normally send anything back to the kitchen or ask for another meal. Mainly because I don't trust kitchen personnel fixing an issue. No telling what they will do when no ne is looking. Now done with Longhorn, unless I eat there and order a burger or samich.

Dinner was amazing. Party of 5, we tried a variety of meals. The steaks were cook perfectly, ribs were fall-off- the bone tender, even the kids cheeseburger was nice and juicy. Our server was great I wish I could remember his name. We arrived around 6 pm on a Saturday night so we had a 45 minute wait but it was worth it!

Really sweet staff! Sweet tea wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet and not barely sweet either so it was perfect! I got the strawberry and grilled chicken salad I believe it was called.
