I sat at the bar around 8:30 Saturday night and sadly I was the only one the for a while . One other gentleman came in before I left and then he was the only one . The bartender was friendly but didn't really have much to say . From the time I ordered my food , it took 25 minutes for my food to be sat in front of me . I took forever ! There was maybe 20 people eating in the whole building. The bartender kept giving rolls and kept saying it's almost ready . It's a shame for whatever reason it's become like this on a Saturday night . Before I moved away for several years it used to be packed . On a good note ...... the food I Waited so long for was perfect , hot and delicious ! I will be back for than reason .
Horrible, whoever your chef is needs to be trained or fired. My rare steak well done, medium burger well done, guess what was rare my chicken tenders for my kid, missing sides, received sides we didn't even order, I was a kitchen manager at Logan's for 8 years, this is unacceptable, not even close to the Logan's flavor we know and love. Someone in this restaurant has to care or you might as well close and judging by the reviews which I regret not checking y'all haven't cared for awhile.
My Boyfriend and I both ordered Sirloin Steak,he had Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Green Beans...I had the Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Broccoli...We both had house margarita's on the rocks..Both of us were very satisfied,our food was prepared exceptionally delicious...Our waitress was Michelle,she was such a sweetheart,she made sure our food was done the way we ordered...I would definitely recommend!Thank you for a great dinner we both enjoyed!!
Worst Logan's I've ever been to. I ordered a sirloin and it was so bad I couldn't even cut it with the knife. I told the waiter and he said well sirloin is a tougher meat. The manager came out and said please let me get you another one. I will put a rush on it. So I agreed, 25 minutes later we received our check and assumed they forgot or something. As we were preparing to leave, they brought the steak. It was better but still very chewy.
First I must say the food was good. The service was good as well. I believe they were very short on staff and this made the wait for food longer than it should have been. Those who waited on us were helpful and got everything right for a large group. Thanks
They were OUT of EVERYTHING I wanted to order! They served me COLD cheese sticks!! Our waiter was very nice but WAY to FAST! Our food took FOREVER to come out to us! Their manager really needs to put in some work training the kitchen/cooks. I'll give them another try MAYBE in a few months.
Terrible, slow service. Brought out rolls, salads, appetizers, and meal at the same time. Food got cold while eating the salad. One of my group ate a grilled chicken salad for the meal, waitress forgot dressing. Didn't get it for 15 more minutes. Along with ranch for boneless wings, ketchup for fries. Food was cold by the time anyone got their condiments or sauces.

Honestly doesn't deserve even the 1 star that I have to give in order to make the review. Logans was my favorite restaurant always my go to and tonight that changed for sure. We were seated immediately, took about 30-40 mins to receive our food, I ordered an adult beverage which was spilt when passing over the FOUR YEAR OLDS plate of food and I made the comment "well I guess the kid is getting some too" and the waitress just kinda laughed and walked away.....didn't offer to replace it... like ok, already ill about that.. we all continue to eat, until my wife goes to take a bite of her green beans and there's a roach... a COCKROACH in her green beans! She literally almost ate that. The waitress comes to ask about if we wanted dessert and we show her the roach so she goes to get the manager....the manager comes to the table and tells us he is sorry that happened he took that meal off and put 50% off for the rest of the meal. I told him no, we're not paying for anything that came from that kitchen we're all done now, we're over it, thats disgusting, we're not even half way thru with eating anyhow. He apologized again and asked if he could offer us dessert I told him no, again, we're done here, I don't want anything that came out of that kitchen. I appreciate that we were able to both remain calm and he agreed to dismiss the check, however, I am still upset about this experience. Just disgusted and disappointed. Would not recommend this location.
We had a great experience this time. We had a new server and has fantastic. Our food was tasty and plentiful. I recommend eating here.
