I want to start by saying we had the best waiter! Brittany was sooo awesome, Everyone was nice even the host went out his way to make us feel welcomed. Brittany had Great Customer service and was so sweet, enjoyed talking to her and venting about the food. She checked in on us to make sure we was good while waiting on our food, It was completely dead in there and the food still took forever to come out so I'm sure they were short staffed like everywhere in the world. I would give her 10 stars! We definitely tipped her well cause great service/ hard work is so hard to find this day in time! I'm so disappointed with the company. This was our first time coming back since covid and everything is different. Logan's use to be my favorite resturant /go to!! They have taken away everything me and my family. loved and went there for. Them menus look so sad no good options like before. I thought it was missing a page. The food was fresh but everything was overcooked and taste like it came from the freezer in a grocery store. They did away with the bone in wings and only have boneless also did away with the good trio appetizers. The tenders are not the same the skin falls off and tastes burnt. Then they took away my all time favorite cheese sticks! The ones they have now have no flavor big bulky and over cooked. It's so sad how inflation is taking over and these companies. They are charging more but getting cheaper products nothing tasted good but the rolls. They also took away there fries and now have waffle fries that taste like chick fil lay! If I wanted chick fil lay that's where we would have went. Save your time and money. I'm good on this place foreverrr!!
Food, service and cleanliness we're all okay, nothing to write home about! It seems to have a remodel or something going on. We'll try somewhere else next time we're in the area!Ordered chicken sandwich, dough was really mushy! Waffle fries were soft.
Never in my life have I ever received bad rolls from logans. They didn't put any butter in my bag either. The rolls were really sweet and tasted like pure reworked dough on top of that. Three of them were little brown balls. Really unacceptable. Logans has always been one of our favorite places to eat in Florence. We just moved here and this logans in huntsville has wayyyyyyy lower standards than the Florence al location. I don't think we'll be frequenting this location which sucks because my kid typically loves the rolls. He spit these out immediately as did I. I guess they think since it was a doordash order they could just send whatever... newsflash- doordash customers are real people!
Good food. I always order the same thing when I do visit steak,stemmed broccoli and salad. April 16,22 The steak was just the way I asked well done I Do Not eat anything that's not well done. My kids had shrimp which I also do not eat but he loved it and my other son had the deluxe roadhouse burger which was nothing but perfect he ate every bit. We will definitely be returning soon.
This is by far the worst experience that I have had at Logan's. My girlfriend and I had a 30-45 minute wait, which was fine and understandable. When we got seated, that is when everything went downhill. Our waiter, Donna, couldn't have been more rude and inconsiderate. Donna came to the table, did not introduce herself, and stood there in silence as if we knew what she wanted from us. Donna did not give us time to look over the menu. Donna was rushing and threw our drinks on the table. We had to constantly ask for rolls, and when she brought them to the table, she threw them on the table with no plates. Donna then stood over my girlfriend and I, starred us down, and did not say a word. After a moment, I guess she realized we weren't ready to order and left the table. Donna did not come back to our table for at least 15-20 minutes to ask if we were ready or if we needed anything. We had to ask another waiter for something and even still did not receive it. When Donna finally came back to take our order, we were rushed again as if she wanted us to hurry up, order, and leave. Donna then tried to make up excuses as to why she was not providing us with the proper service as if that was going to make the situation any better. When the food came out, it was incorrect. My girlfriend ordered broccoli but was given green beans. Her food was not good. My food was not properly made and there was lettuce in my mashed potatoes. Nothing that I ordered included lettuce, so why was it there? About 10 minutes after the food was brought out, once again we were rushed and the check was brough to the table as if she was ready for us to leave. Due to the poor service, my girlfriend and I decided to leave because we were just uncomfortable. Regardless if you all were busy or whatever else excuse that was made, that does not give you the right to treat us that way. This experience has made us not want to even go back to Logan's, which we probably won't to be treated as if we were not even wanted there. There needs to be some serious changes.
Food was not ready when arrived. Received text at 8:59 and food did not come out until 9:40. Food was not good at all. Steaks were hard to eat and were supposed to be well done but was still red on the inside. Ordered loaded potato but did not have any of the fixings.
I ordered ribs and received it in two halves, with one being nice and freshly cooked and the other half is old and dry with sauce on top. Rolls were a basket of dough thrown together to serve the table. I'm not planning on making any trips back anytime soon.
I generally love this place. However, the rolls were undercooked and doughy and none of the 3 steaks we ordered were cooked correctly on Valentine's day visit. They weren't even that busy, so that couldn't have been the reason. Oh, and the waitress seemed very displeased with just life in general.
