They need to schedule cashiers to work after 9:00pm. I don't work for Kroger and I don't appreciate having to scan and bag my full buggy of groceries. Kroger needs to shape up, they've got competition coming with the new Publix down the road.

I live in Guntersville so don't often go to Kroger since we do not have one. However we recently had an event and someone offered to get us 2 cakes from the 8404 Memorial Parkway Kroger. They were dreadful. Looked like a 5 year old decorated them. I sent the head office an email on 9-16-2018 and got the automated response that someone would be back to me within 48 hours. I have tried to shop at this location off and on for 8 years and today I was reminded why I dislike it so much. Something rang up the wrong price, tell the cashier, he sends someone to check price, husband goes with them to show them and they swear its not the same product even though there are clearly more in the same spot. Will no honor the price, also something on the B5S5 they would not honor. And the customer service kids are unbelievably RUDE!!
