Fresh produce, friendly associates, love having Starbucks inside of the store.
Do not recommend. This company discriminates against it's employees on medical and religious grounds. Will not shop here as long as their discriminatory policies remain in place.
I love the products at Kroger. I first became a Kroger fan because the produce was really fresh and the meat department is incredible. Then I discovered many other things that became my and my families favorites.
Unprofessional cashiers treated like garbage in store rather go to Walmart
I had a horrible experience doing the Kroger delivery. They used instacart, they don’t do it themselves and I couldn’t get Kroger or instacart to fix it. I called and asked for a manager at our local store, I believe dawn was her name, explained the situation (I had been talking to customer service people for TWO hours, delivery is supposed to make life easier not harder) and she told me to come to the store and I could get it handled. Tanner was working the customer service desk and I’ve never had such amazing service. The exchange, and retrieving my missing items was so as pleasurable as it could have been after being so upset lol
Worst grocery pick-up experience of my life! They called me and told me it was going to be two hours late. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and after holding and getting transferred to the wrong department, I talked to someone who clearly wasn't a manager. I wasn't happy, but ok. I get there, after having to completely rearrange my schedule, and call in. They say we will be with you in a minute and I wait patiently. Someone walks to my window and asks my name. It s

All the employees are great and willing to help, very knowledgeable about the store.
The store was bright and clean. Lots of fresh baked goods and big selection of meat. The deli was awesome. I plan to make this my go to store. Also a Starbucks.
I AM LEARNING WHEN THE ITEMS I WANT ARE LOCATED IN THE STORE. HOPE THE FLOOR PLAN IS SUITABLE FOR SHOPPERS EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THE AISLES ARE NOT COHESIVE TO ME.
