I have visited this Huntsville Krispy Kreme location many times with great service but I'm very disappointed as of late. The last several times I have went through the drive thru I get home to open my box of doughnuts to find not what I ordered at all. Today I paid almost 17.00 for a dozen of the Ice-cream truck doughnuts to find only 2 kinds when there should have been 4 types with most being plain glazed.
Who doesn't like donuts? Krispy Kreme has my favorite type of donuts, GLAZED. The current staff are the most friendly and engaging group of people I've encoutered in recent months. This is my kids go to place for a variety of good tasting flavors. Recommend Krispy Kreme for your sweet tooth.
Tatiana (excuse my spelling if incorrect) assisted me in the drive thru and was VERY helpful & friendly even in the middle of a morning rush she was smiling and happy to help the long line of customers. Very much appreciated her service!
Went to drive through asked for 1 dozen to be put into 2 half dozen boxes. I was told that the order was not something they do and I would have to come inside for them to put 6 donuts into two boxes. Literally waited for 45mins for this transaction. Putting 12 donuts into two box's 6 each shouldn't be complicated. That or the lady could've just gave ne the two boxes out of the dozen box and I would have done it myself pure laziness.
The last few times I have gotten donuts here, they have tasted like old grease. Krispy Kreme was always wonderful but in the last year or so, not so much.
The donuts were warm and wonderful. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered an iced mocha and I didn't like it. You do donuts well but iced coffee not so much.
Just had the absolute BEST doughnut experience EVER! Pulled up at Dunkin’ initially and waited at the counter with no greeting- so left and went across the parkway to Krispy and NANCY greeted us with the biggest smile and compliments! Completely made our morning and gave us a little KK history while we waited on our beverages. The young lady at the cash register was also extremely helpful and pleasant. They were busy and pushing out a lot of food but still made every customer feel number #1. Kudos to a solid operation!!
We've been here a few times and each time the experience is on the mediocre side, the donuts are alright, but not much better than what you can get at the store, they usually taste like they have been sitting out for a substantial amount of time.If you're in the mood and want donuts, stop on in, but if you're looking for a destination spot this isn't it.They do seasonal donuts (or at least did for st Patrick's day) so maybe it's a good place to stop for the holidays?

On March 27th at approximately 930am I tried to order one dozen glazed and eight individual doughnuts. The person behind the drive thru told me the "box sizes were only two, six or 12 count". I informed her that "I just wanted 8 and not 12". She repeated to me he previous statement and I said I understood but "8 doughnut was enough for me and my daughter" The person in the drive thru told me "just go ahead and order! " rudely. I ordered two cream filled glazed, two chocolate filled glazed, two strawberry iced with sprinkles, one glazed lemon filled and one glazed raspberry filled. She said "ok whatever!" Paid my 26.00 and pulled off, but when I opened my boxes I had only 12 chocolate iced with sprinkles. This was deliberate and uncalled for. Not only did I not get what I ordered but I saw some substance on the doughnuts I received. I have since disputed the charge, and attempted to call and complain (unsuccessfully) I would suggest the health department look at this establishment very carefully, as we will NEVER go back.
