Chicken is good but the biscuits were not fresh in the middle of lunch. Food is too expensive to not be fresh
They was very rude I told one person my older then some lady asked me again I started telling her then some reason she got real hateful with me.. and the whole time they left their headset on and she was talking about wanted to smacking some old lady for not waiting on dark meat then on top of that they did not give me my whole owner

It's chicken, fake potatoes, and unexcusably pricey. No dine in.... still. A very slow drive thru.
I ordered 8 pieces of chicken only.. was told they were out of everything except dark meat, which was okay with me.. it costed nearly $19. It was not even hot. 4 pieces were wings with practically no meat on them. Now I know why Popeyes is so busy all the time.

The staff at the 72 location displayed great customer service. I haven't been to KFC in atleast 12 years and decided to stop over there. They spoke when we entered the establishment, patiently waited, took our order and had us on our way with food in hand in no time at all. Thanked us for visiting that location as well. I have visited many fast food locations in Huntsville and Madison. Almost everyone is rude, impatient and display no customer service at all. This happens in the stores as well. I'm fairly new to Huntsville and I am not sure customer service is taught. Maybe they can learn from the staff at KFC!
The dining experience was good. The only thing was there was some kind of annoying sound (not music lol) coming from the speakers or somewhere while we were there.
Guess they quit taking orders an hour before they close. Just spent 30 minutes in the drive through and no one ever responded
Normally this place is amazing and their food is always hot and fresh. Every now and then they are out of some menu items but the supply chain right now is to blame, not the staff. However, their hours state they close at 9pm during the week, but the past couple of times I have tried to hit the drive through between 8:15-8:30, I have very rudely been told that they are closed. I understand if they are short staffed or low on product, but the rudeness is unnecessary and if they need to close early for whatever reason, they should update their online hours and stay open until the stated times. Overall though this is a decent location and any other time the staff is very friendly. Just don’t try to get some quick food any time after 8pm or they will very rudely turn you away.
